"Lucy was very easy to communicate with and took her time to ask a lot of questions about both the animals and our expectations with regards to sitting. We met a couple of times to go over everything to make sure she had every little detail covered... Our boys loved their time with Lucy (even our elusive cat). She sent an update with pictures every evening and that gave use great peace of mind when leaving our babies (the cat for the first time ever!).
Would definitely recommend Lucy (and her partner) to anyone wanting a lovely and genuinely caring pet sitter. Thanks again Lucy and Keefe! "

"We had never used a pet sitter before, so we were quite nervous about having someone care for our indoor cats. When we met Edita, she was incredibly kind and showed genuine interest in understanding the needs of our furbabies. Our cats instantly warmed up to her, such a reassuring sign for us.
During Edita’s stay, she provided clear communication and sent lots of photos, which we really appreciated. As our cats are strictly indoors, she took every precaution to ensure they remained safely inside while we were away for the night.

"I saw great reviews about Sarah so I booked her for a 3 night dog sit and she was absolutely awesome! From coming to meet our dog beforehand to arriving earlier on the day so our dog remembered her when we left to receiving cool photos and videos of their awesome daily beach walks and knowing she knew how to handle her at sleep time. "From the moment I met Lara, I knew my fur baby would be well looked after as it was evident that they had a genuine love for animals. Bean is an especially timid cat, and Lara has been the only ‘new’ person he has allowed to pat him - he normally immediately goes hiding in a safe space as soon as he hears a voice he doesn’t recognise, so I knew she had a good ~vibe~ if he allowed her to do that.
Throughout the entire pet-sitting experience, Lara went above and beyond to make sure Bean was comfortable and happy. She followed all of his routines, including feeding, litter box maintenance, and playtime. The daily photo updates not only brought smiles to our faces but also made us feel confident that she had everything under control.
Above all, the peace of mind Lara provided me during my time away was priceless. Knowing that my cat was in such capable and caring hands allowed us to fully enjoy our trips away without worrying about Bean’s well-being.
I cannot recommend Lara highly enough. Her genuine love for animals, kind personality, and exceptional care make her an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a pet sitter. I would not hesitate to trust Lara with my cat's care again in the future! Thanks Lara! "

"We returned from our three week trip to the UK to the best possible welcome home — a happy, calm and completely settled Freddie Bear. Honestly, that's all we could have asked for.
Jess was wonderful throughout — regular updates, so much warmth, and a genuine bond with Freddie that was clear from the start. Sure, he was happy to see us when we got home, but what struck us most was how calm and completely himself he was. To us, that says everything.
