"Jennifer was excellent. She was so friendly, gave great communication, took our dogs out for long exercise (which they need). Our pets were a little bit naughty missing us but she handled their mischief with professionalism, patience and kindness for our animals. "We had Cibelle look after our British Bulldog, Basil, who requires daily medications and extra attention to his care. She did an excellent job making sure he received his medicines on time and keeping up with his cleaning routine. It was clear she really took the time to understand his needs and made sure everything was done properly.
On top of that, Cibelle looked after our home so well — everything was left neat, tidy, and just as we left it. We felt very reassured knowing both Basil and the house were in such good hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a spotless home.
Highly recommend Cibelle for anyone needing a responsible, attentive, and thoughtful pet sitter, especially if your pet has special care requirements!"

"I don’t think I could have asked for a better sitter for our property and four small dogs, while we were away for five days. She was a great communicator and I felt happy that the dogs were safe and in great company. One of our boys is a bit elderly and on seizure medication. Cyann took this in her stride and he was fine in her care. I would highly recommend Cyann. She chatted and sent me photos and had the highest concern for everyone’s safety and wellbeing. I would love to be able to have her here again!"

Nikita was awesome. Really easy to communicate with and Jeff was totally comfortable with her right from the first meeting. "Jamie was a wonderful house and pet sitter. She stayed at our home in Queenstown for 8 days while we were on vacation and sent pictures of our lovely cat (with updates) each day. I really appreciated how communicative Jamie was prior to our vacation and during. Our cat is a rescue kitten that we got just 3 months prior and had been working to successfully socialize her. Jamie really helped continue our process as when we returned Maui was even more well-adjusted to humans and a more open and courageous cat. Jamie also did a wonderful job taking care of our home and left it neat and tiddy. Thank you, Jamie, for staying with our beloved Maui and for being her new friend! Those inquiring about Jamie’s services, I highly recommend her and would use her again for our next vacation without hesitation.

"Can’t thank Georgina and Josh enough for their excellent communication, regular message updates, daily photos and respect they showed for our home and our Labrador Coal. They listened carefully to why we needed a sitter and kept our aging boy to his routine which we greatly appreciated. Most importantly,
coal loved his time walking and playing with both of them which was clear to see.

"3 time lover of Daiane ! - I was away just over 2 weeks, over the Christmas period and I couldn’t of been any more at ease knowing Daiane was with my babies.
She has great communication throughout the whole time I am away, I also received the most adorable Christmas Day photos that had me smiling all day !

I was very grateful she took care of my little guy at such short notice. He is 16 and always been left with family so I was immediately reassured when he warmed to Ngarini straight away.
