Sophie is a pet sitter superstar in our eyes (and in our cat's opinion too)! Going above and beyond, Sophie was the perfect nanny giving our cat daily brushes, strokes and loads of loving attention. And cat food of course! Sophie also noticed when a bully arrived at our cat door one night and immediately contacted me to offer a suggestion. Nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful cat sitter and I just hope she's not overbooked (once people read this review) the next time we go away and need her! Thanks again Sophie ... you're the kindest, loveliest animal lover and our cat and us are so grateful to have you in our local area!🙏🌷😀💕🥰

If you need a cat sitter who goes the extra mile, you need to hire Ash! Ash took care of our beloved fur baby, for around 11-12 days while we were away camping and her services completely blew our expectations. We are used to an in and out cat sitter, couple of pats, feed and leave. This is NOT Ash's style. (Unless she senses that your kitty is feeling a bit stressed with their human parents being away- she is really responsive to animals needs). Ash goes over and above to spend time with your precious fur baby and when she does she sends lots of photo and videos to go with the visit. She also follows up her visit with a detailed message about how your kitty is that day and you can hear the disappoint she has when she misses out on seeing the kitty, because cats... they are on their own agenda. She is also happy to do some extras while she is there. No hesitation. While she was at our home she put the sprinkler on in our water garden (daily), put out the rubbish a couple of times and collected in the packages that arrived while she was there. She even put a special package back into the mail box (after collecting it earlier that week), so that when my daughter came home, she had a surprise letter waiting for her that was dry and safe! 11/10 for Ash. She is professional, funny, a true animal lover. I couldn't recommend her more. We 1000% be using Ash's cat butler services again! Thank you Ash!!
