I cannot recommend Alexia highly enough as both a dog sitter and house sitter. My dog, Lexus, thrives on calm, structured handling and consistent routines, and Alexia supported him beautifully from the very beginning. She was incredibly patient, confident and emotionally intuitive with him, and it was clear straight away that she genuinely understands dogs and how to make them feel safe and settled. What truly stood out to me was how willing and proactive Alexia was before the booking even began. She was more than happy to do practice walks and familiarisation sessions, and took the time to really learn Lexus’s routines, cues and handling needs in advance. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and was genuinely committed to understanding how to care for and handle him properly which made the transition into the actual booking smooth and stress-free for both Lexus and me. Lexus trusted her very quickly. She read his body language extremely well, respected his boundaries, and knew exactly when to engage him and when to gently encourage him to rest which is very important for him. She followed all of his routines carefully, including his meals, walks, enrichment and settling cues, and I could see how relaxed and comfortable he was in her care. Most importantly, she treated Lexus with genuine care and thoughtfulness, as if he were her own. It is rare to find someone who is equally outstanding at both dog sitting and house sitting, and I would absolutely trust Alexia again without hesitation. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for truly reliable, compassionate and professional care.

Jeriko was an excellent pet sitter. His communication was clear and consistent, and he kept us well informed with regular updates and photos of our cat while we were away.
