"Totally happy with Maxine, she was truly amazing in how she managed our pets, took them on as her own, followed all our instructions and created flexibility to get the job done.
They even got to go on excursions to Port Waikato and Waiheke. The house was left immaculate, and the doggos fit and well.
Maxine illustrates high performance across the board, but equally shows balance. She is warm, bubbly, humble and honest. An asset to Pawshake. 💛

"Eileen stayed at our house for five nights as a house/puppy sitter, caring for our 14 week old puppy. Eileen was a great communicator both before and during the stay. She was careful to understand Pipi's routine and she kept us informed and updated while we were away. Eileen took great care of the house too. It was so reassuring to have both the house and Pipi in such good care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eileen. "

"Nikita was the best pet sitter for our dog and cat while we were away for 5 weeks in the UK.
She had great communication with us every day and even sent photos and videos of our sweet pets which made us feel really comfortable. There was a slight mishap with our dog but Nikita handheld it really well and contacted us immediately and was solved quickly as well. She was very pleasant to deal with and we will definitely use Nikita for our future trips we have coming up! Can highly recommend Nikita to anyone needing a caring, calm and loving pet sitter. "We were very happy with the care and attention that Ksenia gave our ocicat Mya whilst staying in our home for 13 days.
Ksenia is very amenable and trustworthy, kept us informed with pictures etc handled a bird episode for us very well , and we returned to a very happy cat.

"Lina housesat for me for over 5 weeks during the Christmas holiday season 2023-2024. She took care of my two dogs and the house. I was very happy with her treatment of the dogs, giving each one appropriate care according to their age and temperament. For the older one who's over 15 and sometimes unsteady, she treated him gently while keeping him safe. For the younger one who has lots of energy, she took her for regular walks to burn off that energy. Lina even gave Ari a birthday treat as her birthday happened during her time with the dogs.
Lina sent regular updates on the dogs health and activities. I always felt updated with her and never far the dogs.
I recommend Lina to anyone with dogs and look forward to using her services again."

"Amy is honestly such a professional, we were so blown away. It felt like we had hired the owner of a well established and highly respected doggy day care /pet sitting business to pet sit for us. She had no issues with all our messages, we received regular pictures of the dogs, playing with toys she brought with her for them, she was completely flexible with when she would need to arrive and when we were coming home, and our house was left perfect!! "3 time lover of Daiane ! - I was away just over 2 weeks, over the Christmas period and I couldn’t of been any more at ease knowing Daiane was with my babies.

"Farah gave us confidence that our cat would receive the best care and attention.
From first communication Farah was courteous and communicated promptly with confidence. While we were away for a week in July 2022, Farah kept us informed on the comfort of our cat so that we were assured that he was in capable hands. I believe he enjoyed the extra attention.
Farah stayed inhouse and was excellent, leaving our home clean and tidy.

"Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She bonded and looked after our dogs as if they were her own and made us feel at peace knowing they were well looked after! Even when she was sick, she took our dogs out on a walk. One of our dogs is medicated due to his separation anxiety and he loved his time with her, I could absolutely count on her to administer his meds and look after him. She went above and beyond and left the house so clean and tidy - it was the absolute best to come home too. "I would highly recommend Cindy and Ronald for pet sitting. Our dogs were extremely well looked after, regularly walked and given lots of love and cuddles while we were away. One of our dogs had a recent eye injury and needed multiple medications each day...this wasnt an issue for Cindy and Ronald. They diligently followed the instructions, administered the medications and provided daily updates. We had complete peace of mind that the dogs were in the best hands and had a great trip. The house was absolutely spotless when we returned too! Honestly, they are the best dog sitters we have ever found! Thank you so much!"
