Winston is typically very anxious and slow to warm up to strangers, but he relaxed with Lauren within just a day—a testament to her gentle and attentive approach. She provided him with a calm, safe environment, ensured he was fed and medicated as needed, and clearly went above and beyond to make him comfortable.
In addition to her excellent pet care, Lauren took wonderful care of our home, leaving it immaculate. We highly recommend her services and would happily welcome her back in the future."

"We had never used a pet sitter before, so we were quite nervous about having someone care for our indoor cats. When we met Edita, she was incredibly kind and showed genuine interest in understanding the needs of our furbabies. Our cats instantly warmed up to her, such a reassuring sign for us.
During Edita’s stay, she provided clear communication and sent lots of photos, which we really appreciated. As our cats are strictly indoors, she took every precaution to ensure they remained safely inside while we were away for the night.
Edita also left our house clean and tidy. We are truly so thankful for the care and time she gave our cats and our home. "

"Lucy was very easy to communicate with and took her time to ask a lot of questions about both the animals and our expectations with regards to sitting. We met a couple of times to go over everything to make sure she had every little detail covered... Our boys loved their time with Lucy (even our elusive cat). She sent an update with pictures every evening and that gave use great peace of mind when leaving our babies (the cat for the first time ever!).

"I was beyond happy with Jeanette looking after my little cat Pippi. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, friendlier or more caring and considerate house sitter. Pippi is a very nervous little cat with other people, even with me as her owner at times. and the love, patience and time Jeanette gave in bonding with Pippi was a truly wonderful thing for me to experience. I knew Pippi was in excellent hands and she was one totally happy little cat the whole time I was away - 10th June 2025 until 19th July, so a long sit. I arrived home sick after a long flight last Saturday to find that Jeanette had also washed and folded all the bed linnen, washed towels for me and I am sure my bathroom floors had also been cleaned. She had also left me a lovely welcome home note, together with a small bottle of wine, chocolate and gorgeous little fridge magnets she had made featuring Pippi. I was really "touched" by her thoughtfulness and when I wasn't feeling too well it certainly put a smile on my face.
Should I need a house sitter or someone to feed Pippi in the future I would jump at the chance to book Jeanette again if available and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jeanette to anyone requiring a very caring, conscientious and loving pet sitter.

"Leanne was fantastic with our 15-week-old puppy. She kept us updated throughout his stay, gave us complete peace of mind and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience with dogs. She kept in constant contact about how he was getting on and sent many great videos - it was obvious our puppy was happy and well cared for. "Our pets loved Christina and we came home to them happy and healthy. "We returned from our three week trip to the UK to the best possible welcome home — a happy, calm and completely settled Freddie Bear. Honestly, that's all we could have asked for.
Jess was wonderful throughout — regular updates, so much warmth, and a genuine bond with Freddie that was clear from the start. Sure, he was happy to see us when we got home, but what struck us most was how calm and completely himself he was. To us, that says everything.
We came home to a spotless house and a very happy pup. We couldn't ask for more and couldn't recommend Jess highly enough! 🐾"
