"We feel incredibly lucky to have found Tracy to care for our Ragdoll cat, Yuki. She looked after him for two weeks while we were away, and like always, we came home to a very happy and content cat. Yuki is usually shy, but with Tracy, it’s a whole different story—he’s completely at ease. She truly is a cat whisperer!
Tracy has now become our go-to pet sitter because we know Yuki is in the safest and most loving hands. She’s attentive, calm, and genuinely understands feline behaviour, which gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away.
Not only did she care for Yuki beautifully, but she also looked after our home and plants, leaving everything in immaculate condition. We can’t thank her enough for the care and thoughtfulness she brings each time. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter! 🥰 "

"Tumihi did an amazing job looking after my boy. He was well cared for and well loved while i was away, and had an amazing time with Tumihi. "I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cathy. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about animals, and that care really showed in the way she looked after Shadow. She was a fantastic pet sitter and treated Shadow as if she were her own, making sure she was well cared for, comfortable, and happy while we were away.
We did have an unexpected and stressful incident where Shadow managed to escape from the fenced area. Cathy handled the situation calmly, responsibly, and exactly as you would hope someone would. She immediately took action by contacting the local pound, nearby veterinary clinics, and Shadow’s regular vet, leaving no stone unturned. Throughout the entire process, Cathy kept me fully updated and in the loop, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very worrying time.
What really stood out was Cathy’s dedication and professionalism. She didn’t panic, she didn’t give up, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure Shadow was safe. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that Shadow was in the best possible hands.
I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive pet sitter. Knowing that someone like Cathy is looking after your pet gives you complete peace of mind"

"We had the most amazing experience with our house sitters and dog sitters while we were away. They took such wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear they were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time.
We were kept updated daily with detailed messages about how the dogs were doing, what they had been up to, and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were overseas. As first-time dog owners leaving our dogs behind, I was quite anxious, but this experience could not have been better.
We would absolutely ask Fernanda and her beautiful family for their help again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly, highly recommended!"

"After using Pawshake and finding an amazing pet sitter in Petra I can’t see us ever using a kennel or cattery for our fur babies! "Isabela was great with my puppy Belle and took such a good care of her. Her communication before, during and after was really good and gave me the confidence my puppy was being well looked after and loved. "Florence was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our two large dogs. She visited with us in advance to see the house and meet the dogs. We felt very comfortable with her.
While we were away Florence checked in with updates and photos about the house, packages delivered, and about the dogs. The communication was super.
When we came home after 5 days away the house was tidy and the dogs seemed happy and calm. We could tell she had also read through our house and dog instructions which is always appreciated.
We loved having Florence to stay with the dogs and will definitely have her back in the future when we need a house and dog sitter. Thank you Florence. ❤️🐶"

"Many thanks to Ruth for her excellent care of our puppy “Ata” over the last weekend. We weren’t worried at all as we met with Ruth prior to our trip and felt immediately assured that Ruth would provide the best possible service and make our trip away, worry free. Ruth cared for Ata’s wellbeing and she was very well looked after. Appreciated the photos as well.
Loved the little extra services Ruth provided while we were away i.e. Taking our washing off the line and folding it, putting out the bins and bringing them back in -(we were in such a hurry before we left that we literally forgot to do these tasks ourselves). Out whanau highly recommend Ruth as a house sitter and pet carer and we would definitely make use of Ruth’s services in the future.

"We were so lucky to have found Danielle to care for our Baxter. Baxter has significant health issues that require injections and daily medication. Danielle managed his cares competently and confidently. Danielle showed a true affinity to animals and won Baxter over which was a relief to know he was in safe hands. We threw some unexpected drama into her stay and she dealt with this with a quietly reassuring manner.
