"We feel incredibly lucky to have found Tracy to care for our Ragdoll cat, Yuki. She looked after him for two weeks while we were away, and like always, we came home to a very happy and content cat. Yuki is usually shy, but with Tracy, it’s a whole different story—he’s completely at ease. She truly is a cat whisperer!
Tracy has now become our go-to pet sitter because we know Yuki is in the safest and most loving hands. She’s attentive, calm, and genuinely understands feline behaviour, which gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away.
Not only did she care for Yuki beautifully, but she also looked after our home and plants, leaving everything in immaculate condition. "Ali was an exceptional cat sitter who took amazing care of our cat and home while we we were away for three-weeks. She kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos which gave us complete peace of mind. Our usually shy cat warmed up to Ali quickly, and it was clear that he was well cared for and loved.

"We’ve returned from a week away, and during that time one of our dogs, Lola, became quite unwell with a virus and suffered severe diarrhoea for several days. Geena handled the situation with incredible care and professionalism, including dealing with all the clean-up and even taking Lola to the after-hours vet at 2am, only getting home again around 4am.
We were so grateful knowing our dogs were in such caring and capable hands while we were away. Her communication throughout was fantastic, with regular updates that gave us real peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation.
Coming home to happy dogs and an immaculate house was hugely appreciated.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Geena to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and genuinely caring pet sitter. "

"We had the most amazing experience with our house sitters and dog sitters while we were away. They took such wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear they were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time.
We were kept updated daily with detailed messages about how the dogs were doing, what they had been up to, and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were overseas. As first-time dog owners leaving our dogs behind, I was quite anxious, but this experience could not have been better.
We would absolutely ask Fernanda and her beautiful family for their help again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly, highly recommended!"

"I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cathy. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about animals, and that care really showed in the way she looked after Shadow. She was a fantastic pet sitter and treated Shadow as if she were her own, making sure she was well cared for, comfortable, and happy while we were away.
We did have an unexpected and stressful incident where Shadow managed to escape from the fenced area. Cathy handled the situation calmly, responsibly, and exactly as you would hope someone would. She immediately took action by contacting the local pound, nearby veterinary clinics, and Shadow’s regular vet, leaving no stone unturned. Throughout the entire process, Cathy kept me fully updated and in the loop, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very worrying time.
What really stood out was Cathy’s dedication and professionalism. She didn’t panic, she didn’t give up, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure Shadow was safe. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that Shadow was in the best possible hands.
I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive pet sitter. Knowing that someone like Cathy is looking after your pet gives you complete peace of mind"

"Isabella looked after our three dogs for a week while we were in Australia and we were very happy with the experience.
One of the things we especially appreciated was that Isabella works from home, which meant she was able to spend plenty of time with the dogs and provide them with lots of company and attention.
Communication was great, with updates and photos of the dogs' walks, which was pleasing, knowing they were happy, and well cared for.
We returned to an immaculate house. Everything was left exactly as we'd hoped.

"After using Pawshake and finding an amazing pet sitter in Petra I can’t see us ever using a kennel or cattery for our fur babies!
