"Crystal is absolutely fantastic! She has great communication, is incredibly thoughtful, and was so wonderful with my dog. Before we even finalised the booking, she arranged to meet him to make sure it was the right fit for everyone, which I really appreciated.
Crystal took care of his breakfast and dinner, midday walks, play and enrichment, and bedtime visits while I was away. She kept me updated throughout with regular messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She took the time to understand his individual needs, followed his usual routine and training, and handled his excitement and jumping up with patience, reassurance, and encouragement to be calm and help him settle.
One thing that really impressed me was that Crystal managed to take him for a walk! He normally only walks with me, so this was a huge testament to how comfortable and safe she made him feel. When I returned, he was happy, relaxed, and settled, with none of the anxiety or overexcitement that he might have shown if he hadn't had such an awesome time. It was clear he'd had a great time and felt completely safe in Crystal's care.
Crystal also works with the SPCA, so she brings great experience and knowledge, but what really stands out is how genuinely caring and dedicated she is to animals. It's clear she puts real thought, time, and effort into making sure the animals in her care are happy, comfortable, and well looked after.
I felt completely reassured leaving my dog in Crystal's hands, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation. 1000000% recommend!!! 🐾❤️"

"Once again, Dallas did a fantastic job caring for our two labradoodles. They greeted her with great excitement and quickly relaxed and settled in her company. She also took wonderful care of our home and kindly left us homemade muffins to enjoy on our return. Dallas kept us updated with photos and videos of the dogs throughout, which we really appreciated. "We have a new pet sitter for Life! Scarlett went over and above with our three dogs and we couldn't have been happier. Three different personalities and needs and Scarlett aced it. She stayed in constant communication with updates and pictures. Brock turned 2 while we were gone and she quickly went and got him a bow and a gave him a dog meat cake with a candle. Talk about going the extra mile. 🎉🎂
We came home to a clean, tidy home that was freshly vacuumed and a special gift from her to us. "Mikayla looked after my two very shy cats, Coco and Fox, and I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning she was so kind, patient, and caring, and she quickly earned the trust of two cats who are usually very wary of new people.
Fox also requires epilepsy medication twice a day, and Mikayla handled this with complete confidence and care, which gave me enormous peace of mind while I was away.
She kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, so I always knew my cats were happy, safe, and well looked after. It was obvious that she genuinely cared for them, and they were relaxed and content when I got home.
I think Mikayla is absolutely amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Coco and Fox🐾"
