"Crystal is absolutely fantastic! She has great communication, is incredibly thoughtful, and was so wonderful with my dog. Before we even finalised the booking, she arranged to meet him to make sure it was the right fit for everyone, which I really appreciated.
Crystal took care of his breakfast and dinner, midday walks, play and enrichment, and bedtime visits while I was away. She kept me updated throughout with regular messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She took the time to understand his individual needs, followed his usual routine and training, and handled his excitement and jumping up with patience, reassurance, and encouragement to be calm and help him settle.
One thing that really impressed me was that Crystal managed to take him for a walk! He normally only walks with me, so this was a huge testament to how comfortable and safe she made him feel. When I returned, he was happy, relaxed, and settled, with none of the anxiety or overexcitement that he might have shown if he hadn't had such an awesome time. It was clear he'd had a great time and felt completely safe in Crystal's care.
Crystal also works with the SPCA, so she brings great experience and knowledge, but what really stands out is how genuinely caring and dedicated she is to animals. It's clear she puts real thought, time, and effort into making sure the animals in her care are happy, comfortable, and well looked after.
I felt completely reassured leaving my dog in Crystal's hands, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation. 1000000% recommend!!! 🐾❤️"

"We have a new pet sitter for Life! Scarlett went over and above with our three dogs and we couldn't have been happier. Three different personalities and needs and Scarlett aced it. She stayed in constant communication with updates and pictures. Brock turned 2 while we were gone and she quickly went and got him a bow and a gave him a dog meat cake with a candle. Talk about going the extra mile. 🎉🎂
We came home to a clean, tidy home that was freshly vacuumed and a special gift from her to us. Look no further if you have concerns about who will take care of your babies, Scarlett is a true professional and very good at what she does. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. We couldn't have asked for a better house and pet sitter than Anika. From the very beginning, her communication was outstanding, keeping us updated and giving us complete peace of mind while we were away.
She took wonderful care of both of our dogs, and we were especially grateful for the extra attention she gave Joey, who had a cut paw. She made sure he was comfortable and kept us informed every step of the way.
We returned to two very happy dogs and a beautifully cared-for home. It's obvious that Anika genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. "We were so impressed with the care our dog and cat received from Viktoria & Ivan. They were both relaxed, happy, and clearly well‑loved while we were away. Communication was excellent, with regular updates, photos, and videos that gave us real peace of mind. We also came home to an incredibly tidy house, which was such a lovely bonus after travelling. "We had an excellent experience with Callum and couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was very polite, respectful, and incredibly thorough, and from the moment we met him we felt completely at ease leaving our home, dog, and cat in his care while we were away.
Our pets were very well looked after, the house was kept in great condition, and his attention to detail really stood out. A lovely and unexpected touch was arriving home to a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk in the fridge, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated after travelling.
We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter."
