"Hayley looked after our two cats for their first time being left alone for longer than a couple of days. She sent daily photo updates which was something cute to look forward to every day and gave us peace of mind that the cats looked happy and relaxed. I’ve never liked the idea of sending our boys to a cattery so knowing they were comfortable in their own home and being looked after so well allowed us to enjoy our holiday guilt free. I’d highly recommend Hayley’s services for anyone that needs a pet sitter/feeder. Thank you Hayley! (Tommy and Klaus say thanks too!)"

Danielle is very easy going and obviously a cat person with two cats of her own. We also prepared some caretaking notes about Shun Shun to assist Danielle so she could get a good understanding about Shun Shun’s needs.
Danielle is a superb cat sitter. She is very generous with her time and looked after Shun Shun very well indeed. For 32 days from 16 May to 16 June, Danielle came over daily to prepare Shun Shun’s heated food bowls, replenished fresh water, cleaned after her litter, fed her medications. Danielle went beyond her call by cleaning up Shun Shun’s occasional vomits and handwashed soiled pillow case and linen. Danielle would send us regular updates with videos and photos of Shun Shun. I was delighted to watch those videos of Shun Shun cosying up with Danielle. Poor cat, she was not used to being home by herself, she must have felt lonely and very much looked forward to Danielle’s daily visits.
Danielle deserves a 5-star grading for her services (if 5-star is the highest). I would highly recommend Danielle to any pet lover who wants their pets to be well looked after while you are away. Danielle would look after your pets the way she looks after her own. Thank you very much Danielle for your love and companionship to Shun Shun. I will look out for you again to look after Shun Shun whenever I am out of town.
*PS: Shun Shun is my sister (Vicky's cat, and she was away for a month). So the cat sitting was done in NZ and only one cat.

"Emily did an amazing job looking after Minji while I was away. Communication was easy from start to finish, and she kept me updated with regular messages and lovely photos, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip.
What impressed me most was how quickly Minji warmed up to her. Minji is usually quite skittish around strangers, but she was happy, relaxed, and friendly with Emily from their very first meeting. That alone spoke volumes about Emily's calm and caring nature with animals.
Emily was professional, reliable, and incredibly warm. She not only took excellent care of Minji but also went above and beyond by helping feed the two outdoor cats I look after. She treated them with the same kindness and care, which I truly appreciated.
Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for cat made all the difference. I would not hesitate to book Emily again and will definitely be hiring her the next time I travel. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dedicated pet sitter. Thank you again, Emily! 🩷🐱"

"We left our cats in Alex’s care for four weeks while we were away on holiday, and she was absolutely amazing. Her communication was excellent — we received daily updates and photos of our cats, their food bowls, and the litter after cleaning, which gave us so much peace of mind.

"Colleen was a great sitter, she was priced extremely reasonably and did an amazing job with my two boys. One of my cats needs extra time mixing medication and two types of urinary food together, which Colleen made sure she did right. She played with them, fed them, sent photos and even asked if there was anything else we needed her to do. We would book Colleen again!"

"Ash was absolutely amazing while looking after our two cats while we were away in the Cook Islands for 2 weeks. From the moment we met her, it was clear she has a natural affinity with cats. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about how we’d like them cared for, showing her experience, competence, and genuine love for animals.
During her twice-daily visits, she not only fed and played with them, but also showered them with affection and attention. She sent us photos and videos every day, which gave us peace of mind and let us see how happy and relaxed our cats were in her care. Our younger kitten had such a great time that I’m sure he’ll miss her more than he missed us!
On top of caring for the cats, Ash went the extra mile by taking our bins out, collecting the mail, and opening/closing blinds to give our home a lived-in look. Her reliability, quiet confidence, and approachable nature made communication and organisation easy.
We came home to two content cats and a well-looked-after home. We will definately use her again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ash to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and professional pet sitter."
