"We have booked with Yiling a few times now and she has been fantastic. She's easy to communicate with and makes sure the cats are fed and looked after. We also receive photo updates of the cats whenever they do something particularly cute which we really appreciate. "Monique kindly took care of my three cats over the recent Christmas and New Year period, and she was absolutely amazing. I would rate her 10 out of 10. The daily reports were outstanding, providing updates on what they were eating and how they were doing, including personalized details for each cat, which gave me great reassurance that they were well looked after. Monique even went above and beyond by watering my gardens and sorting out the weekly rubbish. I would highly recommend Monique to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets while they are away. Monique, a big thank you from myself and my family. You cared for our three cats, and we came home to three well-fed, well-looked-after babies."
