"Wan yi was amazing. She took great care of our cat and as a result he was very relaxed when we returned. She used initiative and checked in with us regularly to make sure his feeding station was in the best position when the weather changed. She sent plenty of updates after the visits. "Kayla was fantastic, we got in tough at very short notice and she was happy to help with no hesitation - which was very much appreciated! She had great communication, and even sent through photos of our cat while she was visiting which we loved. We came home to a very happy kitty! "Rima is lovely and a true cat whisperer! Our 3 year old boy is very shy and hides from strangers, but actually came out from under the bed to say hello and even allowed her to pat him. She also did a great job looking after him and sent us daily updates and photos. So great to be able to go away and know your pet is well cared for. I highly recommend her! Thanks so much Rima. "Our cat Phineas was very well cared for. He needed to be given insulin injections twice a day which Hayley was more that happy to do. When she felt he was lonely she stayed longer to spend more time with him. Didn't seem to even miss us when we got home so it was obvious he was treated very well. She even watered our garden too. Would definitely recommend Hayley"

"Krista looked after our cat Gypsy at very short notice doing one to two feeds a day. We managed to get a meet and greet in before we went away, and Krista was very approachable and friendly. She was prompt with replies to messages around organising the care and those checking how Gypsy was doing while we were away. We came home to a content cat and notes left telling us about how Gypsy had been each visit Krista had done. "
