I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for our 12-year-old Labrador, Lola.
Deidre stepped in at very short notice when our plans unexpectedly changed and was incredibly flexible throughout. As I was overseas, I was naturally worried about Lola suddenly leaving her usual home, but Deidre's regular communication, thoughtful updates, and almost daily photos quickly put my mind at ease.
She genuinely listened to my concerns and cared for Lola as an individual. When she noticed Lola was a little stiff, she thoughtfully moved her bed onto a soft rug to make her more comfortable, and she even went out to buy another bag of Lola's special food when it ran low.
Lola enjoyed regular walks around the property and to the beach, settled in within a couple of days, and even made a few canine friends. My son, who dropped Lola off and collected her, commented on how friendly and welcoming Deidre was, and said Lola seemed completely herself when she came home.
I would happily leave Lola with Deidre again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, caring, and dependable dog minder."

"Paulomi was so sweet the moment I met her I knew I’d book with her. My dog was always excited to go for doggy daycare with her and really enjoyed his time there. Paulomi helped me with my dog’s weight loss and gave me amazing advice to help me take care of him. I would 110% recommend her for dog daycare, boarding and all of the above. "Absolutely loved using Stephanie’s dog boarding service! It’s hard not to feel nervous when leaving a pet in the care of others, but Stephanie made us feel completely at ease and we were able to enjoy our time away without worry 🥰 she was very communicative and accomodating of our needs and timing, and we loved getting regular photo updates. It was abundantly clear on pickup that our dog had a wonderful time and was very well looked after, absolutely no signs of stress and she even looked back as though she was sorry to leave, which we love to see 🤗 would book with Stephanie again without hesitation!! 🙌🏻 "

"Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "

"Sheree and her family are lovely! Sheree puts in a lot of effort, time and consideration with all the dogs in her care. She was patient with Ace with this being his first time away from home. He was shown lots of affection, attention and catered to him and all his needs. Sheree sent me photos everyday of Ace playing and getting along with all the other dogs which I appreciated so much and I was reassured he was okay and in great care. I highly recommend Sheree as a pet sitter and I will continue to use her services 😊"

"Highly recommended dog sitters, they treated our Max as their own. Aside from walks and play, they given Max a bath and a nail trim when needed, added veg and fruits to his meals and offer to brush his teeth. They also have a family dog name Roro, she is amazing, very friendly and get along very well with our Max. They keep you updated by photos which for me the best part. "My 2 doodles recently stayed over at Kirsty’s for 4 nights. I could not have asked for a better family to care for my fur babies. Kirsty has a natural and loving nature and you can see she truly cares for and adores animals. I had such peace of mind knowing that my dogs were in her care. "Hannah looked after our fur baby for the month of December while we went overseas to visit family. After desperately searching for care for our precious dog and failing to land a secured booking after contacting over 12 kennels across Auckland, a friend recommended Pawshake as they had used this service to great success in the past.
Then we found Hannah – our saving grace – with many outstanding reviews. After a professional, thoughtful and lighthearted meet and greet, we easily had Nola's care booked in and sorted. She stayed with Hannah and family at their home, and was even treated to a farm stay as well. We were kept up to date with regular updates, photos and videos, which helped to ease our anxieties with being so far away. Hannah had arranged fantastic adventures, plays, cuddles, bush walks, paddock runs, river swims, and even a wrapped Christmas gift! Nola was immediately at ease and was included as part of the family.
We could not recommend Hannah more highly. She's fantastic and we will definitely be inquiring her care again!"

"My partner and I had the pleasure of entrusting our fur baby, Casper, to the care of Mukti, Ivan, and Vita not once, but twice. They are now our go-to sitters for Casper!
From the very beginning, it was clear that they weren’t just about feeding and walking; they're about creating an experience. Casper can be a bit of a character – you know, the kind that's part diva, part cuddle monster – and they rolled with it like a pro.
The initial meet-up wasn't a stiff business transaction; We instantly got the vibe that Casper was in for a treat. Literally and figuratively. Not to mention their fur baby/resident dog, Winston, is also a French Bulldog like Casper, so the two hit things off instantly!
Now, the first time Casper had a "staycation" we were a bundle of nerves (as any pet parent would be) but more so because were overseas for a few weeks. But they sent us regular updates that felt like a virtual hug – pictures and videos of Casper in his glory, a play-by-play of their adventures, reassuring us that everything was A-OK.
Round two was no different, and I'm convinced that Casper might love his "vacations" more than he loves coming back home. The genuine affection and care they showered on Casper were evident in every photo, video, and message.
We couldn't be happier and grateful to them for genuinely caring and looking after Casper as if he is one of their own. If your fur baby deserves a slice of pet paradise, look no further. Mukti, Ivan, Vita, and Winston are the real deal."
