"Even after thinking long and hard, I cannot fault Takara & Theo in any way.
Titan was very well looked after - with daily walks in the company of other dogs, well fed on time, regular photos and communications and even a bath! His 14 day stay made him so happy that I felt he was a bit sad when we picked him up at the end of his stay.
But the main change is in his demenour now; he is calm, collected and cool. A mature version of his old self.
Thank you T&T, without doubt we will gladly leave Titatn in your care next time we travel. I am certain that Titan will be equally glad. Thank you again for being such great hosts."

"Juan was an excellent dog sitter for our pup Lily. From the start, he was extremely communicative, responding promptly whenever we had questions or needed an update. While Lily was in his care, Juan frequently sent us fun video clips showing her playing and getting exercise with his doggy play group. It was so entertaining to see her adventures!
Juan clearly has a passion for working with dogs and gave Lily plenty of activity, socialization, and individual attention during her stay. When we picked her up, she seemed happy and relaxed. We could tell Juan took great care of her.
We really appreciated Juan's professionalism and the peace of mind knowing Lily was in such capable hands. He obviously loves what he does. We highly recommend Juan as a dog sitter and will definitely use him again for future pet care needs. Thanks for taking such good care of our fur baby, Juan!"

"We were absolutely blown away by the love and care Jessy and Nick gave to our dog, Koda, during her overnight stay. From the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in the most wonderful hands. Jessy kept us updated with sweet and funny messages – including Koda’s classic move of sneaking under the duvet for cuddles! – and it was so reassuring to know she was being treated like one of their own.
Even when Koda had a minor tummy moment, Jessy handled it with such calm, care, and attentiveness, letting us know straight away and checking in on her wellbeing. Their home is clearly a haven for dogs – warm, relaxed, and full of love – and it made all the difference to us knowing Koda was happy and settled.

"mia and Kevin have been nothing but amazing. they looked after my dog like a member of the family. since day 1 my dog felt nothing but love to an extent that I was thrilled to know that there was no separation anxiety. this was his first time away from home and he was with them for 10 days. highly highly recommend. if you want someone to look after your dog like how you would look after them then rest assured your are handing over your pet baby in the best care."

"Hannah looked after our fur baby for the month of December while we went overseas to visit family. After desperately searching for care for our precious dog and failing to land a secured booking after contacting over 12 kennels across Auckland, a friend recommended Pawshake as they had used this service to great success in the past.
Then we found Hannah – our saving grace – with many outstanding reviews. After a professional, thoughtful and lighthearted meet and greet, we easily had Nola's care booked in and sorted. She stayed with Hannah and family at their home, and was even treated to a farm stay as well. We were kept up to date with regular updates, photos and videos, which helped to ease our anxieties with being so far away. Hannah had arranged fantastic adventures, plays, cuddles, bush walks, paddock runs, river swims, and even a wrapped Christmas gift! Nola was immediately at ease and was included as part of the family.
We could not recommend Hannah more highly. She's fantastic and we will definitely be inquiring her care again!"

"Ben and Steph were absolutely fantastic looking after our French Bulldogs, George and Doris. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt completely at ease. They kept us updated with photos and messages, which meant so much while we were in-between houses for 23 nights.
George and Doris can be a handful at times, but Ben and Steph handled them with so much patience, care, and genuine affection. It was clear the pups were comfortable, happy, and getting plenty of attention and cuddles.
I collected two very content dogs, and it’s obvious they were treated like part of the family. We couldn’t have asked for better sitters.
Highly recommend Ben and Steph to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and caring pet sitters.
George and Doris will definitely be visiting again! 🐾💛"

"We had such a great experience with Rudy, caring for our friendly lab Max, while we were away overseas. From the start, communication was easy and consistent, which made everything stress-free. We loved getting regular updates and photos—it was so reassuring to see Max happy, relaxed, enjoying his walks and clearly well cared for while we were away.
It was obvious Rudy really took the time to understand Max's routine and needs, and that extra care really showed. Rudy prepared a special meal for Max on Christmas and New Year day as a family member. When we got back, Max was happy and settled, which says it all. Rudy even followed up on Max's well-being, missing him in only a few hours.
I am so grateful for the care and attention Rudy provided and would absolutely book him again. Highly recommend!

"My partner and I had the pleasure of entrusting our fur baby, Casper, to the care of Mukti, Ivan, and Vita not once, but twice. They are now our go-to sitters for Casper!
From the very beginning, it was clear that they weren’t just about feeding and walking; they're about creating an experience. Casper can be a bit of a character – you know, the kind that's part diva, part cuddle monster – and they rolled with it like a pro.
The initial meet-up wasn't a stiff business transaction; We instantly got the vibe that Casper was in for a treat. Literally and figuratively. Not to mention their fur baby/resident dog, Winston, is also a French Bulldog like Casper, so the two hit things off instantly!
Now, the first time Casper had a "staycation" we were a bundle of nerves (as any pet parent would be) but more so because were overseas for a few weeks. But they sent us regular updates that felt like a virtual hug – pictures and videos of Casper in his glory, a play-by-play of their adventures, reassuring us that everything was A-OK.
Round two was no different, and I'm convinced that Casper might love his "vacations" more than he loves coming back home. The genuine affection and care they showered on Casper were evident in every photo, video, and message.
We couldn't be happier and grateful to them for genuinely caring and looking after Casper as if he is one of their own. If your fur baby deserves a slice of pet paradise, look no further. Mukti, Ivan, Vita, and Winston are the real deal."
