"Even after thinking long and hard, I cannot fault Takara & Theo in any way.
Titan was very well looked after - with daily walks in the company of other dogs, well fed on time, regular photos and communications and even a bath! His 14 day stay made him so happy that I felt he was a bit sad when we picked him up at the end of his stay.
But the main change is in his demenour now; he is calm, collected and cool. A mature version of his old self.
Thank you T&T, without doubt we will gladly leave Titatn in your care next time we travel. I am certain that Titan will be equally glad. Thank you again for being such great hosts."

"Absolutely loved using Stephanie’s dog boarding service! It’s hard not to feel nervous when leaving a pet in the care of others, but Stephanie made us feel completely at ease and we were able to enjoy our time away without worry 🥰 she was very communicative and accomodating of our needs and timing, and we loved getting regular photo updates. It was abundantly clear on pickup that our dog had a wonderful time and was very well looked after, absolutely no signs of stress and she even looked back as though she was sorry to leave, which we love to see 🤗 would book with Stephanie again without hesitation!! 🙌🏻 "

"Sheree and her family are lovely! Sheree puts in a lot of effort, time and consideration with all the dogs in her care. She was patient with Ace with this being his first time away from home. He was shown lots of affection, attention and catered to him and all his needs. Sheree sent me photos everyday of Ace playing and getting along with all the other dogs which I appreciated so much and I was reassured he was okay and in great care. "Lydia and Pierre gave us the confidence we needed to transition Sheba (Huntaway 18mths) into a long stay holiday coming up - they are confident with strong dogs and have been amazing on her recent overnight stays. Sheba loves the big garden and playing tuggy plus water play. We now feel very calm and happy leaving her with Lydia for our next long break coming up. I highly recommend this sitter. "

"Be very happy you found Elizabeth on Pawshake, your dog will be very well cared for. She helped me with a crisis and emergency. I was in A&E, then hospital in Auckland Central - Grafton, and Elizabeth came all the way from Hobsonville to collect My Joey! What a lifesaver!!
Joey was SUPER happy playing with the family miniature schnauzer & was treated like an important guest. Joey LOVES the attention & even started following Elizabeth around like her shadow (normally meaning he wants to go outside somewhere).

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Kaitlyn! From the moment we met her, we knew our dog was in safe, loving hands. She went above and beyond to keep our pup happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Kaitlyn has a natural connection with animals – our dog absolutely adored her!
She kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and little stories that gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It was so comforting to know that he wasn’t just being looked after, but truly cared for and loved. She took time to play, cuddle, and make sure he had all his favorite things – including his beloved tug-of-war game!

"Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "
