"I was nervous about leaving our rescue dog for the first time since we adopted her last year, and I'm so glad we found Lydia and her family. Hazel had a daycare visit with them earlier in the week, was wagging her tail at the door when we brought her back for her overnight stay, and we couldn't be happier with how it went. Lydia and her family have clearly put a lot of thought into making their home a fun and safe place for dogs to stay, especially the big fenced yard to play in. I appreciated Lydia's responsiveness in all our communication, and regular photo updates while Hazel was there. Hazel clearly got lots of love and attention, was treated like part of the family, and came home relaxed and happy. We feel confident she will be well looked after when we leave her with Lydia for two weeks over Christmas, and will definitely be back in the meantime!"

I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for our 12-year-old Labrador, Lola.
Deidre stepped in at very short notice when our plans unexpectedly changed and was incredibly flexible throughout. As I was overseas, I was naturally worried about Lola suddenly leaving her usual home, but Deidre's regular communication, thoughtful updates, and almost daily photos quickly put my mind at ease.
She genuinely listened to my concerns and cared for Lola as an individual. When she noticed Lola was a little stiff, she thoughtfully moved her bed onto a soft rug to make her more comfortable, and she even went out to buy another bag of Lola's special food when it ran low.
Lola enjoyed regular walks around the property and to the beach, settled in within a couple of days, and even made a few canine friends. My son, who dropped Lola off and collected her, commented on how friendly and welcoming Deidre was, and said Lola seemed completely herself when she came home.
I would happily leave Lola with Deidre again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, caring, and dependable dog minder."

"Paulomi was so sweet the moment I met her I knew I’d book with her. My dog was always excited to go for doggy daycare with her and really enjoyed his time there. Paulomi helped me with my dog’s weight loss and gave me amazing advice to help me take care of him. I would 110% recommend her for dog daycare, boarding and all of the above. "Absolutely loved using Stephanie’s dog boarding service! It’s hard not to feel nervous when leaving a pet in the care of others, but Stephanie made us feel completely at ease and we were able to enjoy our time away without worry 🥰 she was very communicative and accomodating of our needs and timing, and we loved getting regular photo updates. "Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "

"Amazing dog sitters. Hazel was very well looked after and settled in quickly. Drew went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed while I was away.

"We boarded our dog border collie , Seisei, with Yuka from 6th to 14th June while we were relocating to the South Island, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though it was a last minute booking, Yuka was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout Seisei’s stay with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for.
Yuka also went above and beyond by helping coordinate Seisei’s handover to the shuttle service bringing him to us in the South Island. Despite a slight change in plans, everything was handled smoothly and with great care. We truly appreciated her flexibility, reliability, and the genuine affection she showed Seisei throughout his stay.
I highly recommend Yuka to anyone in North Shore looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Yuka, for your commendable service and for taking such wonderful care of Seisei."
