Kia ora! I am originally from The US but have been living here in NZ and Tauranga for 10 years now. I love animals of all shapes and sizes and am passionate about each and every one of them living their best lives! I grew up spending summers on my uncle's sheep farm, and with my own cats, dogs, and birds- so the love has been engrained in me from the very beginning.&nbsp;
I worked for 4 years at Papamoa Kennels and Cattery where I learned how to care for animals under a qualified experience vet. I am confident administering medications and knowing all the signs of a happy and healthy pet! I have continued dog walking and occassional pet sitting since then, but with a more flexible job now I am excited to have more time to commit to those who may need a little extra supoprt.&nbsp;
I have one cat of my own but definitely miss being around dog energy as well. My house unfortunately isn't suitable to host as I don't have a fenced in yard, but I am more than happy to come stay with your pets in their own home, or provide daily walks for those pets that enjoy the exercise outside. I am available most times of the day so can be flexible when providing walks and can do walks 30-60mins at a time. I can be available for any length of house stays- one night or one month!&nbsp;


Hello, I'm Brodie and here's a bit about me.
I have always had pets in my home from cats and dogs, to horses,lizards and birds. In my household we currently have 3 dogs a Pitbull, Boxer and Rottweiler and together we go on lots of adventures to bush walks and there favorite, swims at the beach.&nbsp;
Previous experience I have had professionally with caring for other people's pets is, I worked 3 years at a kennels and cattery pet boarding facility where we did overnight stays and daycare. In this position I had to be able to break up dog fights, prepare and give the right medications to cats and dogs, and prepare and give correct diets if provided.&nbsp;
Currently I've worked on a horse stud for 2 years here I had to do alot of hands on with the thoroughbred breeding. I handled everything from foaling, to handling foals, to yearlings, to breeding the broodmares. So I'm definitely not afraid to get dirty. Here I have also ticked off giving medications to 500-600kg horses through I.V, I.M, and oral, which also meant I had to make up specific medicines for each horse specific to what they needed.
I've always been around and caring for  my own and others animals and I would love to continue on with it. I won't be taking pets into my home currently, but happy to stay at your home with your pets.With my services I am able to take your pets for a walk, please specify if you want your dog bathed, I can also do nail trims if dog is not complicated. While house sitting I am happy to stay if needed, also do basic house chores I.e vacuum, water plants, dog poo pick up in the yard.&nbsp;I am available for walks, with walks please specify any needs your dog has I.e not socialized, places you prefer they are walked. Hi I am an 18 year old animal enthusiast. I grew up on a farm we have 2 German Shepards Bow and Zoë who are the most amazing pups in the world. 
I have experience dog sitting for a golden retriever and a jack Russel for two different families. While looking after them I fed them, we went for a walk and I gave them both bathes.
While looking after your pet I'm more than happy to do walks, baths, feeding, medication (I don't have vet experience but I have administered medication to cows and people) I'm happy to do general house work such as watering plants and collecting mail. 
While walking your pet im more than happy to follow your recommended route or chose my own as well as throwing balls and sticks for a great game of fetch. 
Duration wise I'm more than happy to cater to your needs I'm happy to do overnight, I do have a day time job but I have a bit of flexibility with it. I comfortable following your personal security measures for your house. I would love for you to chose me to look after your little bundle of joy while you are away or at work :)

I grew up with our close family friends who had gorgeous golden retrievers, a German shepherd, persian cats, ragdolls and a moggie. I learnt a lot about respecting animals, care routines, grooming, administering medicine and a small amount around agility and obedience.
I also have experience with turtles and am quite fond of Guinea pigs and rabbits, I also quite like birds. I am available all day on Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays, with after 5pm availability everyday. There are lots of dog friendly tracks within my local area, I can pick your fur baby up and take them from there!&nbsp;

Hi! I'm a friendly local with a passion for four-legged friends with weekday weekends!My weekend falls twice during the week, and I thought perhaps I could utilise some of that time for others.I've always been an animal person and have been fortunate enough to be able to have Rivers in my life but before he came along, I spent some time working in a doggy daycare, where I was at the time, first aid &amp; CPR trained. Along with the short stint working with dogs, I have some personal experience with reactive dogs, walking multiple dogs at once as well as their training and diets.
I understand all dogs are different so I'll work with you to meet their exercise needs which could include some longer walks, break it up with some training etc. Walks will at least be an hour spent with your pets, the dogs that may not need that long, I'm still happy to spend the remaining time with them at home for some play/brain games or some training.
For pop-ins, this will be at least an hour. I can make sure the pets are fed as needed and tidy up after them including litter trays, yard pick-ups and cleaning any messes that may have been made.
For house sitting, this would be a bit more flexable in terms of availability so be sure to get in touch.
Any medications and instructions will have to be discussed but otherwise I should be fine to administer oral medication as well.
If some basic training is something you're looking for, we can have a chat so we're both on the same page and understand what you're looking for &amp; what I can provide. Please note, though while I have been First Aid &amp; CPR trained, it was a few years ago and the certificate has since lapsed.

Usually, cats are treated as aloof or less affectionate, but I believe their independence is what makes them incredible and loving. I've cared for young cats, adults with special needs for years, and my latest experience was Mia, a 3-month- old kitten diagnosed with partial blindness.
When it comes to cats, it is preferable that they remain in their secure environment, so I recommend providing care in their own home. I exclusively accept the care of vaccinated cats for the peace of mind of both parties.
I can take care of the cats at home, give them the medication they need, accompany them and play for as long as they need. I don't have time limitations, I usually have more availability on weekends but also during the week.


As a Uruguayan traveler in Tauranga, New Zealand, I have always been passionate about animals. Back in Uruguay, I have a cat and a dachshund dog, and I've taken care of my brothers's three pitbulls, developing my pet care skills and experience with different types of dogs.
Being a pet sitter comes naturally to me. It brings me joy and pride to provide animals with the care and attention they need, while helping their owners by providing a safe and loving environment for their pets while they're away.

About my services, we can coordinate walks for as long as necessary for the pet to engage in their daily exercise needs. My available hours from Monday to Friday start from 5:30 PM onwards, and on weekends, I am available all day with prior coordination. I grew up on my parents' farm in Goiânia - Brazil.  Helping my dad to feed them, vaccine, care, lots of love and companionship.  In Brazil my last dog Madona died at the age of 14 after a snakebite :(
We arrived in NZ seven years ago and after two years we adopted Lola, our bichonxshistzu girl.  She has been with us for 5 years atm, and is our everyday companion. She's sooo spoiled and loved by us ️
Being passionate about animals is something that grew up with me.  Coming from a family of farmers owners and dealing with dogs, cows, horses, pigs and many other animals has only grown the care and love for them.
