I am a veterinary student who has done a lot of traveling and enjoys the hobby of photography. I am looking for some extra income doing something I love, spending time with animals. I have a lifetime of experience working with animals, from 2 meter green iguanas to my Great Dane named Bella. Familiar with all breeds and have worked in multiple pet stores and vet offices.

I also have experience with cats and other types of animals, such as chickens, pigs, quails, reptiles, insects, fish and many more. I offer great communication and care while pet sitting. I am happy to send you pictures and make sure your pet has a bit of a vacation too when you aren't able to be with them. About Me:My name is Tayla and I am 28 years old. I am located in Feilding and can travelto surrounding areas to walk or visit your pet(s). I am currently studying fulltime towards a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at Massey university, this givesme the flexibility to walk or check your pets while you may be busy at work. Ihave completed papers on animal behaviour as well as completing work experienceat vets and animal handling courses as part of the selection process to getinto the vet degree. I grew up on a lifestyle block surrounded with animals; dogs, cats,horses, rabbits, cows and sheep and I thoroughly enjoy spending time with all animals! I have spentmy entire life working with animals on farms and I have two dogs and a horse of my own whoare my whole world- so I completely understand how important your animals areto you!Services:Dog Walking: Walks are 30-60 minutes depending on what your pooch canhandle/your preference. I am very active and enjoy running, so walks can varyin intensity from a slow amble with lots of sniffing for the slower paced pup, toa fast paced run for those high energy dogs! Happy to send photos of your dog enjoyingtheir walk.Pet visits: Pet visits usually take 30 minutes. I feed them (if needed), check and refreshtheir water and anything else they need; toilet and let them have a run around and a play inthe garden if kept inside and will provide top quality company and conversationto ensure they’ve had a good day! A second house visit takes up to 30 minutesto repeat the above jobs (if required).  I can also send you photos duringmy visits. Please note: Visits do not include a walk - this is a separate service  that needs to be booked separately.
I do not currently offer house sitting, but can certainly visit your pets during the day for you as mentioned above. 
Please specify if your animal baby has specific requirements eg. walking awayfrom other dogs, special food, medication, if they enjoy a run or prefer a slowwalk, fears around vehicles/cats/other dogs etc. to make sure the service runssmoothly.
