My name is Ashleigh, I am a 19 year old working as a carer at a doggy day care, and I am most passionate when working with and caring for animals. I enjoy catering to every animal's unique needs and quirks whether that be a comforting friend to hang out with while parents are away on holiday, going on an exciting walk to the park, or goofing off and playing games or enrichment. I have experience working with and pet sitting a variety of animals including horse farms, lifestyle farms, cats, dogs, and even rabbits! I aspire to help animals thrive In a happy and comfortable environment while they might be missing parents or even just in need of general care. I am experienced with several different types of temperaments ranging from friendly cuddle bugs to more shy and cautious animals, or reactive and high energy temperaments. I have gained knowledge and experience in caring for various animals through my clinical placement experience with vet clinics and I am happy to care for animals with needs such as medications.
