Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Waimauku home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Waimauku.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Waimauku home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hi, I’m Sunny! I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals. Growing up surrounded by pets, I learned early on how important it is to give them not just food and exercise, but also care, attention, and affection. I understand that pets are family, so my goal is to provide them with the same love, attention, and care they would get from you. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from wanting to do what I love and provide peace of mind to pet parents while giving their furry family members the love and care they deserve.
I offer a variety of services to suit your pet’s needs, including dog walking, daily home visits (once or twice a day), and overnight house sitting. Whether your furry friend needs a fun walk to burn off energy, a quick drop-in for feeding and playtime, or full-time companionship while you’re away, I’m here to help. I am attentive, patient, always tailoring my approach to each pet’s unique routine and committed to keeping pets happy, healthy.
I have experience caring for pets with different personalities and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel comfortable. Your pets will be treated like family while in my care. To ensure everyone’s safety, I only care for vaccinated pets. You can count on me to be dependable, trustworthy, and caring while looking after your furry family members.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Hi, My name is Ksenia but im known as Kristina. I live with my daughter Sasha who is 12 and our two adorable cats. Missy and Ambre, girl and boy. They are 7 months old now. We just got a new addition to our family. Two adorable budggies (Little birds).
I have always loved animals, since I was little. And there were always pets in our house. So I have looked after dogs, cats and now I'm learning to look after birds as well!
I'm very kind and nurturing so caring for animals comes naturally to me and with ease. I'm quite fit as well and I love outdoors, especially going for walks.
I'm very excited about meeting your pets and looking after them. Taking them for walks, playing with them and giving them lots of cuddles. I'm very reliable and trustworthy.
Services I offer: visits to your house, feeding your animals, cleaning after your pets such as cleaning the cat litter, spending time with them, playing, taking your dog for a walk, brushing. I can also administer oral medication if needed.
I offer additional services such as watering plants, bringing in mail, laundry and basic house clean.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon,
Kristina.
