"Enid was awesome right from the beginning of this process. Even when I asked silly questions she was professional and patient. She was friendly and polite when she came for the pre visit and asked great questions which helped put my kind at ease. Enid made sure she followed my instructions and sent me updates and photos of the cats while I was away. I felt completely confident and comfortable with Enid not only looking after the cats but the house as well. I would very highly recommend Enid if you are looking for a pet sitter. I will definitely be booking Enid again! Thank you :-)"

He was very understanding and flexible when we had to change our plans last minute and looked after our girl Rogue so well especially when she was unwell with gastro.
