"We feel incredibly lucky to have found Tracy to care for our Ragdoll cat, Yuki. She looked after him for two weeks while we were away, and like always, we came home to a very happy and content cat. Yuki is usually shy, but with Tracy, it’s a whole different story—he’s completely at ease. She truly is a cat whisperer!
Tracy has now become our go-to pet sitter because we know Yuki is in the safest and most loving hands. She’s attentive, calm, and genuinely understands feline behaviour, which gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away.
Not only did she care for Yuki beautifully, but she also looked after our home and plants, leaving everything in immaculate condition. We can’t thank her enough for the care and thoughtfulness she brings each time. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter! 🥰 "

She was direct and easy to communicate with, both before and during her stay, and we felt super confident that our dog was being well taken care of. "We had the most amazing experience with our house sitters and dog sitters while we were away. They took such wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear they were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time.
We were kept updated daily with detailed messages about how the dogs were doing, what they had been up to, and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were overseas. As first-time dog owners leaving our dogs behind, I was quite anxious, but this experience could not have been better.
We would absolutely ask Fernanda and her beautiful family for their help again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly, highly recommended!"

"We had Tavis look after our two dogs for 10 days at our home. Having a stranger look after our dogs in our home made me nervous. However, Tavis was amazing. As soon as we met him, he made us feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and sent us regularly updates while we were away. We came back to happy dogs. "Laura house sat for me and looked after my three cats (one of whom needs medication twice daily) whilst I was overseas. I can’t speak highly enough of her - she even managed to win over my (very very) shy girl in just a few days! The house was spotless and cats happy and healthy on my return. "Ali was an exceptional cat sitter who took amazing care of our cat and home while we we were away for three-weeks. She kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos which gave us complete peace of mind. Our usually shy cat warmed up to Ali quickly, and it was clear that he was well cared for and loved.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better house sitter! From the moment we left, we felt totally at ease knowing our home and pets were in such caring hands. Erin took our dog on the most wonderful walks (we got regular updates and pics), and when we returned, the house was spotless — actually cleaner than we left it! Every detail was thought of — clean sheets, washed towels, and to top it off, she even left a hand-drawn picture of our dog and cat that absolutely melted our hearts.
