Becoming a pet sitter is something I am passionate about because I understand how important pets are as part of the family. I always used to feed and give shelter to stray animals when I lived overseas. I now have 3 rescue dogs from the shelter. I have previous experience caring for dogs and other pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning, and giving them companionship throughout the day. I am comfortable with different pet personalities, from energetic and playful pets to shy or older animals that need extra patience and gentle care. I understand the importance of routines and making sure pets feel calm and secure in their environment.
As a pet sitter, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and loving space where pets can feel relaxed and well cared for. I am responsible, attentive, and always make sure pets receive plenty of affection, exercise, and supervision.
For the safety and wellbeing of all animals in my care, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. This helps maintain a healthy environment and ensures every pet is protected and comfortable during their stay.

I am an experienced pet sitter, who also has completed a Certificate in Animal Care both Companion and Farm, as well as a Pet First Aid course ️‍🩹
I have grown up around animals and have had cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs. And I have actively been around horses.&nbsp;
My first dog I owned I achieved our title as Advanced Trick Dog, as well as completed in agility. I am used to large working dog breeds and high energy.&nbsp;

I work remotely from home so won't need to leave your pets for extended lengths of time.

Preferably taking care or them in your own home. But happy to have them at mine. Dog walks we for about an hour. Depending on the needs of the dog.Happy to give your baby a bath and dry if needed.&nbsp;

I have different levels of experience from volunteering at the vets in the boarding kennel and assisting in the clinic. I have also spent time volunteering at the SPCA in puppy kennels and handling the new dogs that come in. My experience also ranges from big to small dogs. Ensuring that each animal gets the best care and is ready for adoption and to meet their new family&nbsp;
If extra assistance is required I am happy to lend a hand and do all that is needed for the animal in my care. Our pets are high priority and I will do my best to meet their requirements and their owners

Our home is small, however we do regular walks and adventures with our pup and will do the same with yours! We like to go around walks in the neighbourhood, in the Hunua Ranges and at the beach! Your pup will need to be fully vaccinated and house trained to stay with us!&nbsp;
