"We couldn’t have asked for a better house sitter! From the moment we left, we felt totally at ease knowing our home and pets were in such caring hands. Erin took our dog on the most wonderful walks (we got regular updates and pics), and when we returned, the house was spotless — actually cleaner than we left it! Every detail was thought of — clean sheets, washed towels, and to top it off, she even left a hand-drawn picture of our dog and cat that absolutely melted our hearts. She went above and beyond in every way, and we’d have her back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We had Tavis look after our two dogs for 10 days at our home. Having a stranger look after our dogs in our home made me nervous. However, Tavis was amazing. As soon as we met him, he made us feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and sent us regularly updates while we were away. We came back to happy dogs. "We’ve just returned from a 14-day trip to Bali, and Geena did an amazing job looking after our three dogs.
Rain or shine, she made sure they got out for their daily walks, and we loved receiving regular photo updates; it made it so easy to relax knowing they were happy and well cared for.
We came home to an immaculate house, which was hugely appreciated after travelling.
We’ve already booked Geena again for our next trip, which says it all. Would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cathy. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about animals, and that care really showed in the way she looked after Shadow. She was a fantastic pet sitter and treated Shadow as if she were her own, making sure she was well cared for, comfortable, and happy while we were away.
We did have an unexpected and stressful incident where Shadow managed to escape from the fenced area. Cathy handled the situation calmly, responsibly, and exactly as you would hope someone would. She immediately took action by contacting the local pound, nearby veterinary clinics, and Shadow’s regular vet, leaving no stone unturned. Throughout the entire process, Cathy kept me fully updated and in the loop, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very worrying time.
What really stood out was Cathy’s dedication and professionalism. She didn’t panic, she didn’t give up, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure Shadow was safe. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that Shadow was in the best possible hands.
I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive pet sitter. Knowing that someone like Cathy is looking after your pet gives you complete peace of mind"

"We had the most amazing experience with our house sitters and dog sitters while we were away. They took such wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear they were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time.
We were kept updated daily with detailed messages about how the dogs were doing, what they had been up to, and plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were overseas. As first-time dog owners leaving our dogs behind, I was quite anxious, but this experience could not have been better.
We would absolutely ask Fernanda and her beautiful family for their help again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Maria did a lovely job with my dog Donna and cat Marbles. Donna's not the easiest dog, but it's clear she really loved spending time with her.
Everything was taken care of nicely in the house as well.

"After using Pawshake and finding an amazing pet sitter in Petra I can’t see us ever using a kennel or cattery for our fur babies! It was such a relief to be able to leave them in safe, responsible and conscientious hands. Petra was so lovely, a great communicator and we felt at ease straight away after meeting her.
