"I highly recommend Pearl and her family as house and pet sitters. We were away for 5 weeks and the communication was fantastic.The regular updates and photos of our pets were appreciated. They treated the house with respect, and all our plants were carefully attended to. Lastly, to top it off, we came back home to a clean and tidy house. Thank you!"

"Emm was amazing. Our cat is truly part of our family, and for the first time in a long while we had to leave him with someone else. Emm has a very calm, caring nature, is responsible and trustworthy, which gave us great peace of mind.
Our cat is quite shy, but he warmed up to Emm within a couple of hours, and she looked after him beautifully. She stayed in touch the whole time and regularly sent us photos and videos, which we really appreciated.
We will definitely ask Emm to look after our cat again and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for an excellent pet sitter."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter for our elderly cat. Rachel was incredibly caring, gentle and attentive, and it was clear from the beginning that our boy was in very good hands. Rachel took the time to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after in his own home, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated the updates and care Rachel provided. We would happily recommend Rachel to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to look after their beloved pet."

I couldn’t be happier with Lao and Victor! They took such wonderful care of Lexus while I was away, and I’m genuinely impressed with the time and effort they put into getting to know him and understanding his personality, quirks, and individual needs before looking after him.
Lexus can take a little time to warm up to new people and feel comfortable in new situations so it meant a lot to me that Lao and Victor were patient, thoughtful and willing to build that trust with him. Their effort to understand him beforehand made the transition so smooth which gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind while I was travelling. It was lovely knowing that Lexus was in such caring and capable hands. They made sure he was happy, comfortable and well looked after, and I could tell they genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one for him. As a dog mum, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your fur baby is being treated with kindness, patience, and love!
Thank you so much, Lao and Victor, for going above and beyond and for making both Lexus and me feel at ease. I truly appreciate the care and understanding you showed him. Highly recommended you both to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring dog sitters.

"Melissa was great, it’s scary trusting a stranger with your house and fur baby’s but the moment I met Melissa it was good vibes. She gave the cats lots of love and attention, her communication and updates were regular and when we got home the cats were happy and the house was tidy, we wouldn’t have even known she had been there. Very happy and have booked her again since and will continue to do so"
