Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with 9+ years of pet-sitting experience in Korea &amp; NZ 
Dogs are literally my happy place, and caring for them never feels like “work” to me.
I grew up raising two Poodles and a Jindo, so I’ve handled everything from tiny puppies to seniors who need extra patience and soft care. I also volunteered at dog shelters, so I’m used to dogs of all sizes, personalities, and backgrounds.
I live with my partner and our 1 and half year old Cavoodle in a cozy, dog-friendly home. She’s super social and gentle! perfect as a buddy for visiting pups 
I recently left my banking job and am currently in my final year of university. My partner also works from home couple days a week so your dog will always have company and won’t be left alone for long periods.

We are a mature married couple, dependable and experienced house sitters, we have been housesitting fulltime for more than 2,5 years now and have a broad experience taking care of animals from cats and dogs, to sheep, horses, and cattle. We are available for housesitting primarily from Auckland to the far north. Our sevices includes housesitting, caring for your animals, security of your property and home, and can also include garden care, for longer housesits. We both love animals, and have grown up with pets, cats and dogs.&nbsp;
Dion is a Kiwi born and raised, beekeeper. He is a goodwilled, funny, gentle spirited and hardworking man.&nbsp;
Linda is a Danish girl with a bachelor in social-education; she is organized, warmhearted, gentle, smiles easily and loves children.
Dion grew up on a hobby farm in one of New Zealand farm areas. Through his childhood and youth, He helped his parents out around the farm, tending to the sheep and goats, building fences and doing renovation work. In his later years, He has been entrusted with both house and property maintenance, and has multiple references for this. He is experienced in contract building, as well as painting and joinery.&nbsp;
Linda grew up in Denmark, as a child she had an early love for animals and caring for them, even finding wounded animals trying to nurture them back to health. This love has also lead her to do volunteer work in Africa with orphaned or wounded wildlife. Other than that, she has been working as a house sitter and childcare worker in a private home for a period of 2 years, caring for 3 children whom tragically lost their mum.&nbsp;
We both have a high respect for being in your private home, and will treat it with utmost honor. We are family oriented people, quiet and down to earth. We love to adventure and explore while learning new things. Together we enjoy camping, tramping and being in nature. We are looking to build our own home here in New Zealand one day, but for now, we are keen to and exited about housesitting, while we are saving for our own future home, that others might sit.

Hey there! 
I'm Taylah, a 22 year-old and recent Bachelor of Science graduate from The University of Auckland. I have been around animals for majority of my life, growing up with a cat and a dog in my family home and dedicating much of time in my teenage years to riding and caring for horses. I currently own and look after my pony Sharki. 
I am fairly new to advertising my services on Pawshake, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting for people through word of mouth and the facebook community page for my local area.&nbsp;I am also keen to extend my house-sitting services outside of the local area. 
My previous pet-sitting experience consists of caring for a wide variety of animals including dogs (small and large), cats, horses, chickens, pigs, lambs, sheep, fish and guinea pigs. I'm also happy to keep up with general house maintenance such as plant watering and house chores and these can be flexible based on your needs. I am happy to provide references on request and to meet with you and your pet prior to booking. 
Being based in Waimauku, I am happy to house-sit and pet-sit anywhere in Waimauku, Kumeu, Riverhead, Coatesville, Taupaki &amp; Hobsonville, but I am also open to any areas closer to the city as this would place me closer to where I work throughout the week.

My motivation to become a pet sitter comes from a love for animals, especially dogs. I have two dogs of my own, a Jack Russell and a Maltese-Jack Russell mix, both of who have taught me so much about the importance of providing attentive and loving care. Through my experience caring for them and other families pets, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs and personalities and know how to properly care for them and to make sure they get all the walks and activity that they need.
My partner has also cared for many dogs, and I've been fortunate to share in this passion. Together, we have gained valuable experience looking after dogs of all sizes and breeds for others while they are away, and all our experiences have been incredibly positive. I truly enjoy the opportunity to bond with new dogs and ensure they feel comfortable and happy in a familiar and loving environment. I often like taking younger energetic dogs down to the beach or a park and making sure they get plenty of time to run around and play and for older dogs I love taking them on a slow relaxed walk at their pace.
