"Kim was a great dog sitter, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She was easily contactable throughout her stay and communicated really well, keeping us updated with lovely photos of our three dogs looking relaxed and happy.
She took great care of all three dogs, walking them around our lifestyle block and making sure our elderly dog received his medication. It was reassuring to know they were in such caring and capable hands while we were away.
Kim also left the cottage immaculate, with the sheets and towels washed and hanging on the line. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness, care and excellent communication. We would happily have Kim back anytime!"

I couldn’t be happier with Lao and Victor! They took such wonderful care of Lexus while I was away, and I’m genuinely impressed with the time and effort they put into getting to know him and understanding his personality, quirks, and individual needs before looking after him.
Lexus can take a little time to warm up to new people and feel comfortable in new situations so it meant a lot to me that Lao and Victor were patient, thoughtful and willing to build that trust with him. Their effort to understand him beforehand made the transition so smooth which gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind while I was travelling. It was lovely knowing that Lexus was in such caring and capable hands. They made sure he was happy, comfortable and well looked after, and I could tell they genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one for him. As a dog mum, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing your fur baby is being treated with kindness, patience, and love!
Thank you so much, Lao and Victor, for going above and beyond and for making both Lexus and me feel at ease. I truly appreciate the care and understanding you showed him. Highly recommended you both to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring dog sitters.

"This was my first time using a pet sitter, and Aiko made the experience so easy! She was reliable, kept me updated with lots of photos, and gave me peace of mind.
One of my dogs is a rescue who requires medication for anxiety, and we also have some challenges with reactivity in the home. Aiko was a calm, reassuring presence, and everything went smoothly. All the pets were happy and relaxed when we returned, and the house was left absolutely spotless!
I couldn’t recommend Aiko more highly, especially to nervous pet owners or anyone with dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. We’ll definitely be booking her again! 🐾❤"
