My motivation to be a pet sitter stems from a desire to provide exceptional care and companionship to pets while their owners are away. Whether it's for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, I strive to ensure that each furry friend feels safe, loved, and well-cared for in my presence.
With several years of experience in the pet foods industry as a brand manager, I attended a lot of activities with pets, also I've had the pleasure of building lasting bonds with countless animals and their owners. Also, I have helped with friends' pet sitting when they back to their home countries or on holidays. From administering medications to adhering to dietary restrictions and providing playtime and affection, I tailor my services to meet the individual needs of each pet.

About my services in detail：
1，Offering dog boarding service and daycare service, dog boarding is 24 hours like drop off around 3 pm you can pick up around 3 pm the next day, the daycare service is 8 hours daily for example you can drop off 8am, and pick up 4pm. only accept vaccinated neutered dogs（Up to around 30kg), hope your fur babies are house-trained and good with other dogs. During the daytime, I normally walk 20 to 40 minutes 1-2 times a day. My yard is fully fenced and the gates are safe and secured.&nbsp;
2，In addition to basic pet sitting services, I offer additional perks such as regular updates for pet owners, and daily exercise routines, my husband and I also can provide dog wash services upon request(at extra cost).&nbsp;
My goal is to provide peace of mind to pet owners, knowing that their beloved companions are in capable and caring hands.

Kia Ora! I am Mia and I have plenty of experience for caring with animals and house sitting. I have birthed 6 puppies while house sitting and they were all happy and healthy along with the mother (see the third photo)! It's a special opportunity to be able to care for peoples fur babies and treat them with the love and time they deserve! I really enjoy walking and running too which is a bonus. I walk most days and was recently training for a half marathon. I am currently registered nurse at Christchurch Hospital, looking to get a little bit of help on the side doing something I enjoy!
I have experience with medications with animals as I have had my two bunnies spayed, and one of my rabbits has had two further surgeries. I have given oral medication and injections for a month, so I am confident on knowing how to give these. 
My two bunnies are five years old and I've had them since they were 8 weeks. Their names are Chuck (black) and Pickle (ginger). They are fully toilet trained for when I have them inside, and have a great set up outside too. They definitely have the lawn rights in our house! I am passionate about providing a great life to my bunnies and I have learnt a lot about rabbits needs and minimum requirements. I will always advocate for bunnies and how much care, attention and well thought out diet planning they require. 
I also worked in hospitality and have a job history of cleaning and housekeeping. And I love to keep a tidy house!

My love for cats particularly runs deep—they often approach me on the street, and are quick to demand attention from me, which I love. Unable to have cats where I live, I love to have the chance to care for yours. I’m also great with dogs, offering walks or runs to keep them active, i grew up with many dogs around and keep quite active myself so love to bring them along for a walk or run. With experience pet sitting multiple times in Australia and New Zealand, I’m well-versed in pet care, including raw food feeding if required.
