Hi, I’m Lucinda, a reliable, calm, and genuinely caring pet and house sitter. My family has used this app for years whenever we travel, so I’ve grown up understanding how important it is to have someone dependable looking after both your pets and your home.

I’ve had hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages and temperaments, including energetic dogs that need regular walks and playtime, as well as more independent or anxious pets that need patience and consistency. I am a second-year university student looking to save some extra money to support my studies. I absolutely love animals (especially cats and rabbits ), and I am always happy to help friends and family with their care. My family and I have always had animals in our home. While this has mostly been cats and some dogs, we have also had birds at different stages. Currently at home, we have my darling bunny, Snowy Joe, and my beautiful cat, Matewies.
Through my experience caring for our pets, I am confident in looking after animals, including grooming them regularly, cleaning up after them, playing with them, and ensuring they are healthy and well cared for and safe. Taking dogs on training runs alongside me for company is something I genuinely love.

I’ve always grown up with family dogs (retrievers, labs, and a few rescues) and I’ve also walked dogs for people in my local community. Through doggy daycares and helping out around my mum’s rally-o and obedience training, I’ve gained hands on experience working with energetic, well-trained dogs who thrive on both physical and mental stimulation. I’m confident handling strong pullers, high-energy breeds, and dogs who are still refining their lead manners.

Spending time in nature is one of my favourite things, and having a four-legged running buddy makes it even better. While I’m not currently race training, when I am my long runs can reach up to 12km, so I’m looking for a dog (or multiple dogs) that can comfortably handle that distance. On lighter weeks, I’m equally happy with relaxed 1–3km walks or shorter runs of up to 5km.

I will be available to do dog walking on most days, and I will do house sitting in the weekends&nbsp; or fridays(week days can be discussed). I have house sit for a dog before.I love animals but cats especially! My whole life, I have grown up and been with pet dogs, cats, and even a pet turtle too. I know how to behave with animals, and I'll be responsible with any lovely pet.I'm very fit, and I run daily. If you have an active pet that needs more rigorous exercise, then I can absolutely help with that!As a university student, I often find that my weekends are free, so I would be an ideal choice if you needed to leave for the weekend.I think being a pet sitter is cool because I get to meet new animals!As I live in a flat, I would be limited in house sitting for your pet—there are no pets allowed in my accommodation.I'm new to pet sitting specifically, but I have worked in hospitality before, so I possess a good work ethic, and I am dependable.
