"Ella and her partner Lachie were absolutely wonderful – I couldn’t have asked for better people to look after my fur baby, Poppy. As it was my first time leaving her with someone I didn’t know, I was naturally a bit nervous, but Ella was so reassuring from the start and kept me completely at ease the whole time.
Poppy is a fairly high-maintenance little Frenchie, so I’m always extra conscious about who looks after her, but I had total confidence that they would be incredibly careful with her.
I received lots of thoughtful updates, which I really appreciated, and it was clear Poppy was being so well cared for (and probably having the best time!). Ella even took her to work, which I know Poppy would have absolutely loved.
They also left the house in perfect condition, which was the cherry on top. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have Ella and Lachie look after Poppy again – highly recommend! 🐾"

"Shania was a true hero! She was so wonderful coming to our house to look after our doggo at the very last minute. She kept us informed with cute little updates often, and left our home cleaner than we arrived. She is conscientious and very kind. Would highly recommend her, just not when we go away next! 🐶"

"Dianne and her husband came to look after our two kitties over the New Year. They took excellent care of our boys making sure they were inside and calm during the fireworks. Our cats loved them even our shy boy who's normally a bit wary of strangers. The house was left beautifully clean and tidy when we returned. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. "

"Pulkit was an absolute lifesaver when our regular pet sitter wasn’t available for a last-minute trip. He was incredibly accommodating and from the very first day, our dog Poodlu took to him immediately. Throughout our time away, Pulkit kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and was always quick to respond. His communication was great, and we returned to a spotless home and a very happy dog. Highly recommended!"

"We would highly recommend Tasha. She's very experienced with dogs and knowledgable about puppies, so we felt that our furbabies were in the best care with her. She gave us regular updates and sent photos of the dogs which gave us peace of mind. The pets were very well looked after for the two weeks and were walked regularly. Plus, the house was spotless when we returned home!"
