"Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "

"Olga was absolutely amazing- she looked after Westley with absolute care and dedication! We were away for two weeks and didn't have to worry about him for a second. The communications we received were above and beyond expected. Our holiday was enhanced by our daily update- complete with multiple photos and videos as well as a breakdown of what Westley was up to that day. She provided fun and enrichment and multiple walks a day. I was particularly impressed by the time she took getting to know Westley and his preferences/ routine- all in all a gold star service! "You could not ask for a more conscientious and trustworthy sitter to care for your pet. Kobe is not the best eater when away from home but with Erika, he was so comfortable in their home that meals were never a problem. Communication was timely and I received frequent detailed updates while away. It seemed as if Kobe was in a 5-star retreat by the care and attention received. Usually Kobe can’t wait to return home but when I arrived to pick him up, he barely noticed 😀😀 Highly recommend. "

"Our experience with Tessa, Wayne, Taro & Fanta was simply pawsome! Despite our initial worries about leaving our furry baby for the first time for 12 days due to her separation anxiety, they made us feel at ease right away. Tessa and Wayne's care couldn't have been better, and we're so grateful for the love they showed our Aki. She had a blast playing with Taro and Fanta, and we absolutely loved receiving the daily updates showing her having the time of her life. If you're looking for a daycare and boarding service where your furry baby will be treated like family, look no further! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. "Cedie stayed at Dexter’s home for a week and we were very happy with how Cedie was taken care of. They always shared lots of photos and videos and updated us with Cedie’s activities. Dexter and Mary are very patient and nice. There was also an unexpected but very much welcome change in Cedie. We’ve never left him alone for more than 30mins but now he can sleep the entire night on his own. So a huge thanks to you both! Highly recommended! 😊 "
