"My partner and I had the pleasure of entrusting our fur baby, Casper, to the care of Mukti, Ivan, and Vita not once, but twice. They are now our go-to sitters for Casper!
From the very beginning, it was clear that they weren’t just about feeding and walking; they're about creating an experience. Casper can be a bit of a character – you know, the kind that's part diva, part cuddle monster – and they rolled with it like a pro.
The initial meet-up wasn't a stiff business transaction; We instantly got the vibe that Casper was in for a treat. Literally and figuratively. Not to mention their fur baby/resident dog, Winston, is also a French Bulldog like Casper, so the two hit things off instantly!
Now, the first time Casper had a "staycation" we were a bundle of nerves (as any pet parent would be) but more so because were overseas for a few weeks. But they sent us regular updates that felt like a virtual hug – pictures and videos of Casper in his glory, a play-by-play of their adventures, reassuring us that everything was A-OK.
Round two was no different, and I'm convinced that Casper might love his "vacations" more than he loves coming back home. The genuine affection and care they showered on Casper were evident in every photo, video, and message.
We couldn't be happier and grateful to them for genuinely caring and looking after Casper as if he is one of their own. If your fur baby deserves a slice of pet paradise, look no further. Mukti, Ivan, Vita, and Winston are the real deal."

"Our dog has reached an age and stage where he needs a bit more care and attention than what a kennel with lots of dogs can give. I was very nervous about going on holiday and using Pawshake, until I met Zane. He quickly put my mind at ease. The photos while we were away were very reassuring. "Munira and family were amazing with Rosie for an extended stay. Munira kept me informed throughout her stay and I loved receiving the photos of Rosie enjoying herself.
It was obvious that Rosie had bonded with Munira and I felt totally reassured that she was in safe hands.
Muniras house was the perfect homely alternative to a dog hotel. Great yard, heaps of space, as well as heaps of love and care for Rosie. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our girl! She’ll be back :)

"Daneka was great with our Bordoodle, Karma, who stayed with her at her house for a week after Christmas. Karma was made to feel at hone from our first meet and greet and Daneka kept me up to date on outings and Karma’s day to day welfare. "Our dog Alfie stayed with them for 11 nights when we went overseas and they did the most amazing job taking care of him with lots of walks, cuddles and playtime he had the best time and was so well looked after. "Fiona is a great pet sitter. She is very intuitive with animals and her vet experience is evident in the way she cared for our dogs, gave them a bath and walked them regularly. Fi communicated well by sending photos while we were away and gave us great feedback on how our dogs were going. "Cindy and Ronald were fantastic! Because our dog is a bit antisocial, we kinda worried if he would be ok with staying in a boarding place but all our worries were for naught. We got daily updates and photos/videos while we were away and we could see how happy he was. Cindy and Ronald are great dog sitters and great communicators, just super highly recommended! "Juan was an excellent dog sitter for our pup Lily. From the start, he was extremely communicative, responding promptly whenever we had questions or needed an update. While Lily was in his care, Juan frequently sent us fun video clips showing her playing and getting exercise with his doggy play group. It was so entertaining to see her adventures!
Juan clearly has a passion for working with dogs and gave Lily plenty of activity, socialization, and individual attention during her stay. When we picked her up, she seemed happy and relaxed. We could tell Juan took great care of her.

"We couldn't be more thrilled with the care and love that Hannah and her partner provided for our golden Labrador, Augy, during his 14-day stay with them. It's always a bit nerve-wracking to leave a beloved pet in the care of someone else, but from the moment we met them, we knew Augy was in excellent hands.
First and foremost, their communication was exemplary. We received frequent updates, accompanied by multiple photographs that showcased Augy's adventures, happiness, and, of course, his newfound friendship with Ralph, their adorable little dog. This level of communication truly eased our minds and made us feel connected even while we were apart.
Their home itself is a canine haven, furnished with all the amenities that any dog could dream of. The outdoor area is not only secure, ensuring safety and peace of mind, but it's also generously sized, providing ample room for Augy and Ralph to frolic and play to their hearts' content.
Price-wise, we found their rates to be incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high level of care and attention that was so evidently poured into every interaction with our Augy.
What really sets Hannah and her partner apart, however, is the genuine love and affection they have for animals. Augy returned to us as happy and healthy as we could ever have hoped, clearly having enjoyed his own little holiday as much as we did ours.
