"Paulomi was so sweet the moment I met her I knew I’d book with her. My dog was always excited to go for doggy daycare with her and really enjoyed his time there. Paulomi helped me with my dog’s weight loss and gave me amazing advice to help me take care of him. I would 110% recommend her for dog daycare, boarding and all of the above. She is so kind and so sweet, sending me updates and photos/videos of my dog while I was away. She has a nice space for the dogs to play, and is very caring for them. "We boarded our dog border collie , Seisei, with Yuka from 6th to 14th June while we were relocating to the South Island, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though it was a last minute booking, Yuka was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout Seisei’s stay with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for.
Yuka also went above and beyond by helping coordinate Seisei’s handover to the shuttle service bringing him to us in the South Island. Despite a slight change in plans, everything was handled smoothly and with great care. We truly appreciated her flexibility, reliability, and the genuine affection she showed Seisei throughout his stay.
I highly recommend Yuka to anyone in North Shore looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Yuka, for your commendable service and for taking such wonderful care of Seisei."

"First time we have used a sitter and I can't recommend Eric highly enough. We were nervous as to how our cavoodle Einstein would cope, as he hasn't been away from us before. We received frequent updates advising us of his daily events, how he was, that he was eating etc, meaning there was no need for us to wonder how things were going.The updates were so reassuring as we were overseas. We did joke that Einstein was having such a great time, he wouldn't want to come home with us. "

"Rory and Kate were absolutely amazing! They looked after our dog for a week while we were away and treated her like she was part of the family. We received lots of updates and photos showing all the fun she was having – from walks and garden zoomies to playtime and plenty of cuddles.

"Absolutely loved using Stephanie’s dog boarding service! It’s hard not to feel nervous when leaving a pet in the care of others, but Stephanie made us feel completely at ease and we were able to enjoy our time away without worry 🥰 she was very communicative and accomodating of our needs and timing, and we loved getting regular photo updates. It was abundantly clear on pickup that our dog had a wonderful time and was very well looked after, absolutely no signs of stress and she even looked back as though she was sorry to leave, which we love to see 🤗 would book with Stephanie again without hesitation!! 🙌🏻 "

"Sheree and her family are lovely! Sheree puts in a lot of effort, time and consideration with all the dogs in her care. She was patient with Ace with this being his first time away from home. He was shown lots of affection, attention and catered to him and all his needs. Sheree sent me photos everyday of Ace playing and getting along with all the other dogs which I appreciated so much and I was reassured he was okay and in great care. "Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "

"Faye was amazing!

"Amazing dog sitters. Hazel was very well looked after and settled in quickly. Drew went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed while I was away.

"Sharon is a wonderful dog sitter. Our dog Dante loves her and her boys. When we came to drop Dante off last time, he ran through their dog door like it was home and was happy to see them all. He stayed with her for 19 days, so it was a long stay. Though he was happy to be home again, mostly he was just tired from playing with all the other dogs, and would be happy to go again in a few days. Would recommend her highly."

"Rachel was fantastic. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and she kept me updated with regular messages and photos throughout my dog’s stay.
It was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter, and Rachel made the whole experience very easy and reassuring. My dog was very well looked after by Rachel and her lovely girls, and had a great time being spoiled.

"Marcela was the perfect dog sitter! We have a 10 year old Cavoodle and Marcela made him feel very safe, secure, comfortable and totally loved from the minute he was dropped off.
Communication was excellent and she sent lots of photos to us every day.
She took our dog on loads of walks and kept to a really good routine.
She is very kind and caring and we could tell that our dog very much enjoyed his stay with her. He had another lovely dog there at the same time which he got on really well with.
We can totally recommend Marcela and we’ll be re-booking for sure.

"Highly recommended dog sitters, they treated our Max as their own. Aside from walks and play, they given Max a bath and a nail trim when needed, added veg and fruits to his meals and offer to brush his teeth. They also have a family dog name Roro, she is amazing, very friendly and get along very well with our Max. They keep you updated by photos which for me the best part. We are truly happy with the services and definitely contact them again in the future. Thanks very much Xinfei and family 🤗"
