"Both Juan and Jennifer has great communication during my Tella spending time with them. They are very mindful of what my dogs needs. I have never seen my pup so happy after every day’s spent with them and their dogs. I feel like my pup felt really at home with them. My Tella gets excited to play with Perry and Rita and other doggos especially during walks. Juan and Jennifer always updates me which was a super plus for me knowing that my pup is enjoying her day. I am so thankful that I met them and guiding me how to build Tella confidence as she grows. I highly recommend them for looking after your pets. Really really the best pet sitter in town!!❤️❤️❤️"

"We’ve booked a daycare as a trial for the longer booking. Everything was delivered as promised. The dog was fed, walked and seemed to be happy on our return. Paulomi kept us posted during the day with a picture of the dog resting on the couch and a question about his food. She’s a very responsible dog minder. "We had such a great experience with this lovely dog-sitting couple! They looked after our 5-month-old Cavalier puppy for the afternoon after picking him up from our place, and we couldn’t have asked for better care.
They have their own doggy, and it was so nice knowing our puppy had a fun companion to play and socialise with in a safe environment.
They kept us updated during the afternoon, which gave us real peace of mind, and it was clear our pup was happy and comfortable the whole time.

"So pleased with the service Pedro received while he was in Iryna’s care. We loved that Pedro was taken out for a walk in the forest too. Also, we greatly appreciate the updates! It was fantastic. If there’s anything, we had a bit of miscommunication how to give Pedro’s lunch but good thing he was still able to eat. Thank you to the whole family! "Honestly can't say enough good things about our (or Dylan's) experience! We left our Jack Russell, Dylan (5 yr), with Sjaan for 3 nights and he had an absolute blast. You could just tell he was totally at home there. She sent us photos and updates throughout, and every single one showed a happy, relaxed pet living his best life.
What really stood out was how much genuine care and attention Dylan got. Sjaan wasn't just "watching" him. Dylan came back tired, content, and well loved. He also got to hang out with Sjaan's own dogs, Cassie and Teddy, which was such a bonus. They got along brilliantly and it was great socialisation for him.
If you're looking for someone who'll treat your dog like their own, look no further. We'll definitely be booking Sjaan again. Dylan would insist on it. "

"Margo was very responsive to my enquiry, and easy to make arrangements with. She showed us around where the dogs stay prior to me making a booking. She was very accommodating in taking our dog for an afternoon and evening stay with a late evening pickup, which was very helpful. A couple of other dogs were staying which gave mine some company and new friends to play with."
