I’m 29 years old and work full-time as a dental hygienist, with availability early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and more flexibility on weekends. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I do my best to fit around your pet’s normal routine and make things feel as familiar and stress-free as possible while you’re away.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits, and I currently have three cats of my own, Biscuit, Winnie, and Rue. I’m very used to different personalities, from cuddly and social to more shy or independent. All of my cats were rescues so I understand not every animal trusts easily. I genuinely enjoy building trust with animals and making sure they feel safe, calm, and cared for.

My services include pet sitting in your home, home visits, and dog walking.

For home visits, I typically stay 45–90 minutes depending on your pet’s needs, but I am happy to adjust this. Visits include feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime, cuddles (if your pet wants them!), and any basic medication such as oral or topical treatments. I also happily bring in mail, water plants, and keep your home clean.

For dog walks, I offer 30–60 minute walks tailored to your dog’s energy level and routine. Living in Pyes Pa means I have easy access to quiet, safe, pet-friendly areas and walking tracks where dogs can get good exercise without too much stress or overcrowding. I can always walk your dog around your area too.

For house sitting, I can stay overnight and ensure your pet has company and routine stability throughout the day and night. I treat every home with care and respect, and I take home security seriously, keeping doors and windows locked and ensuring everything is secure and as you left it.

While I don’t offer formal training or grooming, I’m confident maintaining any routines or commands you already have in place, so your pet experiences consistency rather than disruption.

I'm Anna! I am a HUGE animal lover and love caring for pets! I petsat for 8 years in the states, and hoping to continue the job I love as I have relocated to New Zealand. I graduated from university in 2023, with a degree in wildlife conservation. I love to travel and see new places, but am planning on living in NZ for the forseeable future. I have experience with a wide range of dogs, including reactive dogs. I have experiene giving medication to pets, orally and injections. I am Sarai I have just moved to the mount and would love to take your little bff for walks to the beach parks and look after them. I am a very loving responsible active person who grew up around lots of pets since I was a baby and have had lots of furry friends ever since! I lived in papamoa beach for a bit where I looked after our flat dog khaleesi through her surgeries and before and after she got better and we were allowed to run around and go to cafes for treats!

I grew up around dogs, and a cat. Since moving down to wellington, I have missed having a buddy join me on my walks. My previous experience is with my family dogs which range from small to medium sized dogs, but have dog sat casually for friends with larger dogs in the past. At this stage, my services include dog walking and home visits. I won't be house-sitting or dog-sitting, at my home or yours.&nbsp;
While visiting your home, I take great care in making sure I lock up and leave everything as you left it. I am happy to bring in mail or water your plants if needed. I will take your dog(s) out for a walk and then spend some time playing with them at home. I estimate this taking an hour but am fllexible to reduce or extend this time if required.&nbsp;
Ideally, I like to walk in a dog friendly park if there is one close by, alternatively I would take them for a walk around the neighbourhood. If your dog travels well in a car and you're okay with it, I'm happy to drive them to a park if it's slightly too far out from where you live. I know there are some small dog friendly parks near Karori, Wadestown, and Crofton Downs.&nbsp;
I have experience and am comfortable administering oral medications to small - medium sized dogs. The black poodle cross in my profile had seizures and required two medications taken orally every couple hours. I have also had experience looking after him through and post seizures.&nbsp;
I am usually available in the afternoon and evenings on a weekday, but am free all day on weekends.&nbsp;
