Hi, my name is Lara and I have been a veterinary nurse in the Bay of Plenty for almost 5 years. 
I have loved animals my whole life, particularly dogs and cats. My extended family are dairy farmers so I spent a bit of time there growing up and have always been surrounded by dogs and cats. 
I have two cats of my own, called Dorito and Dip, that I adopted when they were 4 weeks old. They are now almost 2 and indoor cats, who sometimes go out on their harnesses. 
I can offer dog walking, house sitting and dogs to stay at my house. I do have a small back yard, the property is fully fenced but the fence isn't super high. I can easily keep my cats separate from the dogs if needed. I do work full time currently, with occasional Saturday's (only 3 hours). 
I have recently done a wildlife trip to South Africa and fell in love with the wildlife over there and think the conservation work is amazing. I am wanting to pick up pet sitting to save for my future travel plans to Namibia next year. 
At work I go by the motto 'treating the animals as if they are my own' and I think pet sitting is the same! 

Hi, my name is Jesse and I'm 31. I'm a stay at home mum to two beautiful girls that share my passion for animals. I grew up on a farm and have always had pets in some form. We have an array of our own pets currently including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, axolotl, and leopard geckos. I always strive to give all our animals the love and attention they deserve so they truly thrive not just survive.
I have personal experience with administering medications. I have an eye for detail which means I often pick up early warning signs and can act appropriately - particularly important with our small furry friends such as rabbits and guinea pigs. Previously i have worked with animals as a TB Technician, and a calf rearer. Ihave decided to do dog walking because it is my passion to work with animals.
I offer dog walking, and house visits. When taking your dog for a walk I am happy to give updates such as a GPS screenshot of our walk, and photos of your pupper. Also happy to send photos during home visits as well so you have peace of mind. Your dog will be kept on lead to keep them safe in my care, I can provide a longline if you would like them to have extra freedom. I am able to send details of the walk and photos if desired. Please tell me about your dogs favourite walks/activities on the walk - eg does your dog like a slow paced sniffari or are they more of a fast paced adventurer. And also your dogs needs - do they like to meet and greet everybody or prefer their space? And what training they have? I aim to take your dog on exciting walks that suit their needs so the more you can tell me about them the better.House visits: I will stay with your pet for approximately 20-30mins unless discussed prior. I am happy to play games with them or just chill depending on your pets needs and interests. I can feed them, toilet them, and give any oral medication as needed. Happy to clean up after rabbits/guinea pigs etc. I am happy to water plants, and bring in mail etc as required.&nbsp;Availability: Being a stay at home mum I am fairly flexible on time of day to suit your pets needs.

I love being with dogs and am working towards training animals to work with youth at risk. I have my own fluffy pooch who is a certified canine friend and great companion. 
We have a multi level home close to the beach. The back yard is fully fenced and has generous lawn area for dogs to play, some trees for shade and paving stones for wet days!  On hot days we put up a small paddling pool or if you are happy fit in a beach visit. 
I am happy to look after any house trained dog in my own house, or if requiring toilet training I can do this in your own home, for an additional cost. 
I am usually at home with the dogs unless it is for a quick supermarket shop or short meeting. During this time dogs are in a secure area and comfortable, always with water accessed from a drinking fountain. If you have a crate or special bed this can be put up so that they feel at home. 
Being with dogs is my happy place. I have more experience with smaller breeds but am comfortable with dogs full stop. My husband and I are empty nesters and both of us love animals. I am trustworthy and can establish a rapport with dogs quickly.
We will only take vaccinated, toilet trained and neutered dogs into our home, but happy to dog sit in your home if you can't meet this criteria. (Fee may differ depending on travel time)

I am an experienced dog mum living in Tauranga who is available to provide walks, playtime, care and attention to local dogs who need it whilst their owners are away or busy with day to day life. 
I own two dogs myself, a lab x huntaway (2 years old) and a lab x border collie (4 years old), which my husband and I walk twice daily. I'd love to help other owners who need assistance and get their furry friends out and about when possible, or pop round to show them some love and attention when needed.

Kia ora animal lovers, I'm Anika, I'm 24 and I work full-time in Wellington CBD. The furry friend in my photo is my brother Zeus, he's a 12 year old Maltese. Our family is big on spending time outside, we love the occasional treat and daily walks are a must to have a productive day.&nbsp;
I grew up around dogs, and a cat. Since moving down to wellington, I have missed having a buddy join me on my walks. My previous experience is with my family dogs which range from small to medium sized dogs, but have dog sat casually for friends with larger dogs in the past. At this stage, my services include dog walking and home visits. I won't be house-sitting or dog-sitting, at my home or yours.&nbsp;
While visiting your home, I take great care in making sure I lock up and leave everything as you left it. I am happy to bring in mail or water your plants if needed. I will take your dog(s) out for a walk and then spend some time playing with them at home. I estimate this taking an hour but am fllexible to reduce or extend this time if required.&nbsp;
Ideally, I like to walk in a dog friendly park if there is one close by, alternatively I would take them for a walk around the neighbourhood. If your dog travels well in a car and you're okay with it, I'm happy to drive them to a park if it's slightly too far out from where you live. I know there are some small dog friendly parks near Karori, Wadestown, and Crofton Downs.&nbsp;
I have experience and am comfortable administering oral medications to small - medium sized dogs. The black poodle cross in my profile had seizures and required two medications taken orally every couple hours. I have also had experience looking after him through and post seizures.&nbsp;
I am usually available in the afternoon and evenings on a weekday, but am free all day on weekends.&nbsp;

Kia Ora! My names Izzy and have both personal and professional experience with animals, id love to be able to do some regular dog walks or house check ins. 
I have had medium dogs (black lab, and golden retrievers) throughout my life, and I'm desperately missing my parent's two golden retriever puppies back in the UK. I grew up in a busy household always with fury friends; dogs and cats, bunnies, hamster and guinipigs as well as chickens and more! And some less fluffy ones too such as snakes, a gecko, frogs and snails! I have professional experience with farm and exotic animals from working in a zoo for three years, and also studied zoo and aquarium management.
I love animals and travel this had lead to me working for "stand up 4 elephants" in Nepal, an amazing charity hoping to improve the welfare of elephants in Nepal twice. This included making the food for the elephants, goats and cats on site. As well as site maintenance, cooking and school projects. 
Back home I was a complex care mental health support worker and trapeze teacher on the side. My last client of two years had one dog and 5 cats, I cared for these animals and helped with two litters of kittens while supporting my client in my role.&nbsp;
I love walking, especially if I have a dog to lead the way! 
I have experience with puppies and kittens all the way through to the gorgeous oldies! I have also supported my best friend who walks high profile dogs in London for a living when I'm visiting.
