"The most amazing pet sitters! I honestly can’t recommend Xiangyi and Yiming highly enough. I’ve used them so many times to look after Tabitha, and I trust them completely. They are kind, caring, reliable and genuinely treat your pets as though they were their own. They recently went above and beyond when, late on a Friday, Tabitha needed to be taken to the vet. They didn’t hesitate for a second — they took her along, stayed with her and made sure she was looked after when I couldn’t be there. They even refused to accept anything for their time, which says so much about the sort of people they are. Knowing that Tabitha is safe, happy and so well cared for whenever she is with them gives me enormous peace of mind. That level of trust is priceless. They are absolutely wonderful pet sitters and genuinely lovely people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their beloved pets. ❤️"

"Fern and Mei took care of our cat while we were away for 2 weeks and we are so happy we chose them! They were the perfect fit. Our cat took to Fern immediately. "Rachel took care of our elderly cat through home visits while we were out of town. She besides the usual items like food/water etc. she also administered his blood pressure and inflammation medication daily. We are very happy with Rachel’s care and communication. She also sent every day photo updates, which was a good reassurance for us that Tiger is doing well. We can highly recommend Rachel. "
