"Emily (and Jack) were wonderful with our cats Pooja and Oliver. They constantly kept us updated on the daily moods and behaviors of the kitties and reassured us that all is well with the many pictures. "Florence was so helpful looking after our shy cat for two weeks while we were overseas!
She sent us daily updates, followed instructions exactly - and went above and beyond for us, offering to work from our home for a few days so our cat had some company.
