Hi there, I'm Hannah! ️ I'm a confident and experienced pet sitter and dog walker with a LOT of love to give.
I love having furry friends to care for, big and small, from gentle cats to boisterous labs. I have always been drawn to animals, especially cats and dogs. I love giving them attention, affection, hearing them purrr or seeing their tail wag like crazy (dogs of course! If it's a cat then there's a problem!).
I understand that every home and family is different and will cater to your needs accordingly - prices set out are base prices for a 30min home visit or 30min walk with your pet. I'm more than happy to attend to your home and animal/s for longer and adjusted rates can be discussed and agreed on.
Your fur baby's health and happiness is of the utmost importance and I will follow your instructions around their care carefully and to the letter.
Ensuring your K9 is adequately exercised is something I would look forward to, no matter how long or often it's needed - I love to see dogs happy, in their element racing along the beach or doing zoomies at a park. I also enjoy regular exercise and embrace opportunities to be active.
I spend my time between Auckland and Nelson and have dates available for both.
I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your gorgeous pet/s. ️

Hello :)We are Vicky and Matt along with our 2 beautiful kids Riley (age 4) and Ava (age 3). We are all animal lovers having owned cats and dogs our whole lives.Matt grew up on a dairy farm in regional New Zealand and worked in the farming industry for over 25 years, mainly with dairy and beef cows, and recently with chickens.I (Vicky) grew up in the UK but have lived in NZ for the past 10 years. Growing up i had a St Bernard and a Labrador. For the past 3 years we have lived on a chicken farm with our two kids and so we have all been around various animals every day.We have been house sitting in Australia and New Zealand for the past 2 years and have now decided to return to NZ full time to continue our house sitting adventure.Although our kids, Riley and Ava are young, we are raising them to be tidy and respectful of other peoples property and so you have no need to worry about your trusted possessions! Riley is super helpful and loves being outdoors walking our dog or visiting the cows. We are sure he will love walking your beloved pet too (of course with us :-p)One of us will be home all day and so will always be around to take care of your home, pets and plants and ensure everything is maintained just how you would like whilst you have a well deserved break. We are both non-smokers, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and love getting outside.Any questions please ask. We are very happy to answer any and all of your questions.Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi my name is Evie and I absolutely adore all animals. I have grown up with many different animals and have always enjoyed taking care of them. I have experience in pet sitting and walking dogs of all sizes and personalities. I am hoping to start my career in working with animals by studying animal care and looking after some pets. Currently I have sheep, chickens, 3 cats and a dog who all are very friendly. In the past I have also had cows, rabbits and puppies. In my free time I enjoy taking my dog for long walks and caring for my other pets. I am currently working a couple days a week at an after school care assistant which involves looking after children, preparing their meals and keeping the environment clean and tidy. Overall I am a very respectful and caring person who will always take the best care of your furry friend.

My motivation to become a pet sitter comes from a love for animals, especially dogs. I have two dogs of my own, a Jack Russell and a Maltese-Jack Russell mix, both of who have taught me so much about the importance of providing attentive and loving care. Through my experience caring for them and other families pets, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs and personalities and know how to properly care for them and to make sure they get all the walks and activity that they need.
My partner has also cared for many dogs, and I've been fortunate to share in this passion. Together, we have gained valuable experience looking after dogs of all sizes and breeds for others while they are away, and all our experiences have been incredibly positive. I truly enjoy the opportunity to bond with new dogs and ensure they feel comfortable and happy in a familiar and loving environment. I often like taking younger energetic dogs down to the beach or a park and making sure they get plenty of time to run around and play and for older dogs I love taking them on a slow relaxed walk at their pace.
I take great pride in providing a safe and enriching experience for each dog I care for, and I strive to make sure all pets feel at home while their families are away.

Hello! My name is Gemma and my son, Max, is an 11-year-old animal lover who enjoys taking care of pets. According to Pawshake rules, Max will always be accompanied by a parent. I have a lot of experience as I'm the housesitting part of the team and a mother of 5 boys, so you can trust us completely.
We are available after 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 4 pm on holidays and weekends. I also have some flexibility during the weekdays, so I could take care of your pets without my son if needed.
Our services cover Stanmore Bay, Arkles Bay, and Manly. We will walk your pets locally in parks or at the beach near your home. We live in Stanmore Bay and have a very patient cat named Boots who is the same age as Max. We have experience in taking care of pets for neighbours and friends by feeding them, brushing them, regularly walking them, and cleaning up after them.
We are happy to look after smaller pets like fish or turtles, and we are willing to discuss costs depending on the type of animal and the work required.
When it comes to house and pet sitting, I'm the one who takes care of that as it gives me some much-needed time out. I am a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced pet sitter who is passionate about providing the best care to your furry friends. I am committed to providing a safe and loving environment for your pets, and I'm confident that my services will exceed your expectations.

What recent pet owners have said about me:
"Gemma has looked after our fur baby since 2019. We prefer to let Socks stay home rather than the stress of a cattery, he then gets to enjoy home with the added bonus of Gemma's company. Gemma is professional and organised and I know if anything was to happen to Socks, Gemma would be very capable in any situation. We love Gemma!"

Hello! I'm Heather, and I'm a passionate 30-year-old animal lover based in Orewa. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like royalty and give you complete peace of mind, you've come to the right place!
Animals have always been a part of my life. Growing up, my home was a lively menagerie, with cats, birds, rabbits, and fish. This lifetime of experience means I understand the unique needs and personalities of many different types of pets.
I'm currently the proud owner of a 4-year-old cat who started life as a shy feral and is now the most spoiled, pampered house cat you'll ever meet—a true testament to my patience and love! I'm also a 'live-in' dog aunty to my flatmate's energetic 1-year-old Shih Tzu, so I'm well-versed in the delightful chaos and routines that come with a young, loving pup.
My pet-sitting experience goes beyond just casual care. I've frequently looked after the beloved companions of friends and family, and I'm well-versed in caring for pets with higher needs. This includes administering medication and maintaining strict schedules to ensure your furry, feathered, or scaled friend remains happy and healthy while you're away.
My Availability
I work a 9-to-5 job in the tertiary education sector during the week. Therefore, my typical availability is:
Weekdays: After 6:00 PM
Weekends: All day
I do have some flexibility for day visits depending on my schedule, so please reach out if you have specific daytime needs—I’m happy to try and accommodate!

Hiya!
I’m a proud dog mum to Frankie, my 1 year old French Bulldog, and I work in marketing for the pet industry, so I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by all things pets.
When I’m not working, I dedicate a lot of my time to volunteering with dog rescues and helping pups in need!
I have a fully fenced yard and a spacious, undercover deck for those wet winter days, so your pup will have plenty of room to run and relax. Frankie's paddling pool & swing ball are also in the yard for pups to play with!
I’m available for daycare and home visits on Wednesdays and Fridays, but feel free to reach out if you’re looking for a weekend stay for your pup! I’m happy to accommodate whenever I can.
I look forward to meeting your dog and providing them with a fun, safe, and loving environment during their stay!

I offer an alternative to a boarding facility by visiting pets in their own home while you are away on holiday. I have over 10 years experience working as a pet minder in the Hibiscus Coast area.
Whilst I feed your pets and fill their water bowls - they also gets loads of love, affection and assurance. You can enjoy your holiday knowing your pets are well looked after.
Please contact me for a fee no-obligation meet and greet. This is also where I can introduce myself to your pet and where we can discuss the details of my service.
I service Stanmore Bay, Manly, Arkles Pay, Red Beach, Matakatia and Tindalls Bay. I also do Gulf Harbour, Silverdale, Orewa and Millwater at slightly higher prices.
I specialise mainly in cats and dogs, but have looked after misc. other animals including chickens, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and fish. Dogs are done on a case by case basis depending on my availability and size of the dog (I have trouble walking larger dogs).
My services as pet minder/pet sitter is to visit your home once a day to tend to all your pet(s)' needs, which will always include pet feeding, filling up their water bowls and off course lots of attention and reassurance! I can also offer other services as pet sitter/pet minder i.e. cleaning of cages. Happy to water plants (within reason) and clear mailbox put out garbage etc. too.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
Alice
