A South Auckland local, who has always been an animal person, grown up around chickens and cows and cats and doggos, your pet will get treated as one of my own, given all the love it could possibly imagine, and spoilt beyond measure. Happy to abide by any of your own house rules - dog sleeps in the crate, cool. Dog wants to sleep in my bed, also cool. 
Household has a miniature dachshund named Peach and a cat named Meow (the name has a long story!) both who love visitors and provide entertainment for your own pet. We love taking dogs out to our local beach Maraetai on leash, on walks around the park, to cafes or even Bunnings, so you know your doggo will never be alone and go wherever we go. We have flexible work conditions so somebody is always home when your pet is here. The property is our own and super small dog (think ramps, etc). 
We have doggy-sat countless dogs in our house, all of whom have had an amazing time and I haven't yet looked after a dog who doesn't become my best friend! Also have lots of experience with cats (I mean, Meow adopted us, not the other way round, of course) for any day visits you require. 
Also open to house sitting for short periods of time, where I will look after your house as my own. 
Due to having our own pets in the house, we will only accept vaccinated and not sick pets for stays in our home.

One of the reasons why I want to take on petsitting is because I miss my dogs back home. It just feels really different to be able to interact with pets on a daily basis. They just really make your life much better and lighter.
I'm currently living in Pukekohe, Auckland. I have the means to travel to your home or bring your pet to our house for dog sitting. We take on any job (housesitting or even just dropping by to feed your pets!)

Step 1 in starting my own dog walking/running business as I run regularly. Lover of all pets, I have a cat of my own who has such a good character! I live/own in high density housing and work full time for a corporate company in Auckland Central. I run 5-10kms 3 times a week so thought I'd help someone else out who can't run/is too busy so their dog can exert some energy. Walks/runs on a short lead with a dog who is obidient is preferable. Happy for meet and greets. Happy to feed cats in the local area (Ramarama/Drury) - lots of experience cat sitting/expeirence with my own animal. I understand that people's animals are like their children, and that love and genuine care is needed so I hope you don't mind cuddles and photos which I can send you. No overnight sitting available as I've got my own boy to look after!
