Hi, I'm Alex, an avid lover of dogs and an experienced dog sitter. I have experience with all sorts of breeds- big and small- and am knowledgeable about the typical traits of different dogs. However I'm also aware that each dog has their own personality and to work with them to bring out the best :)

- short notice and central Auckland bookings preferred

- I lived in Spain for two years and while there I dog sat multiple dogs, from poodles to pitbulls. I'm dedicated to caring for each dog and to meet all of their needs. I am happy to administer medication - I have experience working in a vet clinic, though I am not a vet, and I studied as a vet student for 6 months before taking a different career path.

- my partner may also join for longer term sits, he is an absolute dog lover and owned an Irish Setter for 10 years.

- I have fostered rescue dogs on and off for 4 years. I have an active lifestyle, walking often and work in a dog-friendly office. I would love to dog-sit whenever needed and provide them with love and care while their parents are away.

- I grew up with a Mini Schnauzer, a Cavoodle and a Schnoodle (schnauzer x poodle) and love all breeds. Dogs are central to my life, and I would love to treat your dog with as much love and care as my own.
