Hi there, my name is Gemma. I’m looking to fill in some extra time caring for some furry friends. My family and I have owned dogs and cats my entire life. I am currently volunteering at Rodney Animal Rescue, as I love being around animals and helping them in any way possible. In 2023 I finished University with my Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and am really enjoying going into full time work Wednesday - Saturday. I enjoy the outdoors but don’t mind hanging out at home, so if your furry friend is highly active or more chillaxed, both work for me!

My current services include:

+ Home visits: 

Cat visits: They will normally take at least 45 minutes up to 1 hour. I will feed, clean litter, spend time interacting, etc, depending on your pet's requirements. I can also do other household duties such as watering the plants, bringing in the mail, bringing/putting out the rubbish bin etc, which will have to be arranged prior. 

I am more than happy to provide updates and/or photos during any service and am easily reachable, providing you ease of mind.

Monday - usually available from 4 pm

Tuesday - usually available all-day

Wednesday - available from 7 pm

Thursday - available from 7 pm 

Friday - available from 7pm 

Saturday - usually available all-day

Sunday - available from 12 pm

The main reason I wanted to start pet sitting was because I enjoy helping others, and when I have done house sitting for friends in the past I have found it most rewarding when the owners know that their pet is cared for and safe, as if they were my own.
