Seasonal / Holiday Pricing (Dec-Jan):

December and January are our busiest months. I limit bookings so each dog gets proper attention, care and routine. So, rates are slightly higher during this time. Your dog will enjoy outings, enrichment, and little adventures, so it feels like a holiday for them too.

Note: I do not take bookings more than two months in advance.

About me

Hi, I’m William, and I live in Auckland with my partner. We’re both huge dog lovers and always light up when we see a wagging tail or get to meet a new furry friend. I work from home most days as an interior designer so I’ve got the time, space and flexibility to give your dog plenty of attention, love and care throughout the day.

I go for walks most days so your dog will enjoy regular outings, fresh air and a bit of adventure, whether it’s a stroll around the neighbourhood or a quiet park nearby.

What motivates me to be a pet sitter is pretty simple. I genuinely enjoy being around animals. I know how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to feel confident they’re in safe, caring hands when we can’t be there ourselves. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, whether they’re playful and full of beans or more chilled and cuddly.

I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family before and it’s something that just comes naturally to me. For everyone’s peace of mind I only take vaccinated dogs into my home. I’d love to meet you and your pup to see if we’re a good fit!

December and January are the busiest months of the year, as many families travel and require overnight care. I intentionally limit the number of dogs I accept so every dog receives the same level of attention, care, and routine (never overcrowded or rushed).

Seasonal pricing reflects:

• Very high demand during the holiday period

• Limited bookings to prioritise quality over volume

• My own holiday time being dedicated to caring for your dog

• Standard industry practice (kennels and home boarders also increase their rates)

I don’t just “watch” your dog, I make sure they’re happy, calm, and stimulated. I often take dogs to explore new places, sometimes even outside Auckland, so they feel like they’re having a holiday too, not just waiting for their parents to return.

If pricing is the only concern, no worries. I completely understand if you choose not to proceed.
