Hello! I’m Kieryn, a 23 year old Cantabrian who moved to Auckland to fullfill my career in Journalism.

I’ve been working with dogs since I was 9. My first dog was Ace, a red Border Collie, who kick‑started my obsession with dog training. From agility to obedience, I spent years training all kinds of dogs and have competed across New Zealand.

I worked four years at Parkavon Kennels in Christchurch, where managing a building full of barking personalities became my daily workout.

I’ve handled just about every type of dog: lead‑reactive, fence‑fighters, medicine‑dependent pups, ex‑police dogs, retired greyhounds, puppies, food‑aggressive dogs… you name it!

I’ve also cared for cats, horses, rabbits, birds, rats, fish… basically, if it moves, I’ve probably looked after it.

I’m confident with all animals, but dogs are my specialty!

Please note: if you're wanting to book me for overnight stays, I do work 4am-12pm on weekdays so they would have to be okay with being alone during those hours.
