My name is Skye Redwood, I am 18 years old. I have a qualification in Animal Healthcare Assisting (Level 4), thus meaning I have professional knowledge in animal first aid, as well as behavior, nutrition and health. I am a 2-year volunteer for Wellington SPCA's puppies, holding the title of National Youth Volunteer of the Year 2025. I previously volunteered at Hutt Valley Riding for the Disabled and I am a Nutrition Volunteer at Wellington Zoo. I have always known animal care and animal welfare is my calling, and I want to dedicate as much of my time towards it. I love animals and ensure those in my care are understood and happy.

My services include pet sitting, dog walking, and daily check-ins. I have been offering these services for 4 years outside of this app. I have knowledge and experience in a variety of animals, such as dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, rabbits of all ages, guinea pigs, small birds and chickens, horses, reptiles, and knowledge in rats and mice. 

I have a beautiful rescue cat, fluffy and black, named Mina, and a rescue bearded dragon named Max.

I only have a learners license at the moment, so travelling long distances can be difficult for me. I am based in Karori.
