I am a mature Mum to both furry and human children. I grew up around farm animals and then as an adult owned a farm, hence have always been around dogs, horses, cats, cows and fish :) (tropical marine fish in particular). 

I trained our 3 boxers from puppies all at different stages and all of different personalities: 1 in the UK and 2 in NZ. Living on a farm in Nelson we also had 3 miniature horses and plenty of cows, chickens and fish. I have a medical degree and have regularly participated in the medical care of all our animals, including hands on care. I now enjoy cuddles from my daughter's Cane Corsos and looking after other people's furry babies, as currently have no pets at home. I miss them and am always keen to help anyone out and get my cuddles in return.

I have plenty of experience with dogs and with cats of all ages, having looked after both. I have cared for dogs from puppies to the elderly, hence I can take part in continuing training as well as starting basic training. I enjoy my daily walks around the Bays and that would only be made more enjoyable having a furry companion. 

I am currently semi-retired and as such I am flexible during the day and also in the evenings. I am available for house sitting, both short and long term, if needed. I can also attend Vet visits if need be, as I have worked closely with Vets in the past.
