My partner and I have recently moved to Rolleston, and we’re excited to welcome some new four legged friends into our home. 🐶

It’s just the three of us here: me, my partner and our 7 year old Jack Russell, Mustachio.

We’ve been dog walking, sitting and boarding dogs for the last few years on a casual basis, helping out friends and neighbours, and we’ve also had the pleasure of hosting a couple of dogs through Pawshake.

🏡 Boarding

We absolutely love dogs of all shapes and sizes, but for boarding we currently prefer to welcome small dogs so that everyone — including Mustachio — has plenty of space and feels comfortable.

We both have fairly flexible schedules. I work from home a couple of days a week, while my partner is a shift worker with a changing roster, so there is usually someone around during the day. That said, there may be times when your dog is home alone for a few hours, so please let us know if your dog is comfortable with this.

Our home is fully fenced, with a nice sized backyard and deck where your dog can safely run around, explore, or simply stretch out in the sun. ☀️🐶

🌿 Walks, adventures & cuddles

We love getting out and exploring, and Mustachio is a BIG fan of swimming! 🏊‍♂️🐕

Our weekends often involve walks, adventures and finding somewhere new to explore. If your dog is comfortable going out and you’re happy for them to join us, we’d love to take them along for the adventure. If they’d rather stay home and relax, that’s completely fine too, we’re equally happy spending the day chilling at home with them.

We’ll always do our best to keep your dog’s normal routine, personality and preferences in mind. Some dogs want adventure, some want a comfy bed and cuddles, and some want a bit of both! ❤️

📸 Lots of updates

We know leaving your dog with someone else can be a little nerve racking, so we’re very happy to send regular photos and updates while they’re staying with us. You’ll get to see what they’re up to, whether they’re out exploring, playing with Mustachio or simply enjoying a lazy afternoon at home.

We’re also more than happy to chat beforehand and answer any questions you might have. We think it’s important that you feel completely comfortable before your dog comes to stay.
