Hi everyone, I'm Max!

I am an animal lover through-and-through, and have hands-on experience with a wide variety of pets.

My key passion is rabbits, which is why I have six of my own, alongside a dog and two cats.

I have nearly ten years of experience as a foster home for guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, rats, and mice through a rescue organisation I worked with while living in Auckland. I also have professional history at a boarding kennel and cattery that specialised in unsocialable dogs, so I am confident with tricky dogs that may put other pet sitters off. To back up my practical knowledge I have studied animal management and welfare, and have had animal first-aid training.

My interest in being a pet-sitter is motivated by my nature of wanting to be helpful whereever I can, and wanting to work with animals in any way. I have offered pet-sitting services to family, friends, and colleagues for many years and am quite keen to expand into the wider community.

I work nights, so can only offer house-sitting services on Friday and Saturday.
