Hey!

My names Emma, I grew up on a farm in Southland and have spent a lot of time around all types of animals. I currently live in the bays area but can pet sit in Remuera as well.

I have reliable transport and I can offer pet sitting outside side of Remuera, Mission Bay-Saint Heliers or Glendowie but may require a travel fee depending on location.

Currently I mainly do cat sitting but I also offer pet visits for feeding, cuddles etc 1-2 times a day as long as it's in the Remuera - Bays area. Due to an injury I can't currently offer dog walking. I also work 9-5ish in an office so I cannot offer 24/7 supervision.

I do not currently have any pets in Auckland, though I do have a couple cats (Radar, my parents favourite child and Puss, who showed up at the house one day and never left) and a 15 year old pet sheep (Chocolate Chip) in Invercargill. Unfortunately I don't think they'd like Auckland much as they live on a large farm so I have to travel south to visit them every couple months.

I love all animals and when I have a home of my own one day I plan on getting a dachshund and a couple rescue cats. I grew up with 3+ cats, a horse, 3000+ sheep, some cows and a few dogs (both farm dogs and pets) so am very familiar with day to day care of almost any animal. I can even milk cows but I don't think that there are many dairy farms in central Auckland!

I also worked on my family farm throughout primary and high school. I have bottle fed animals before and have experience with giving medication both orally and via injection.

I rowed for many years including in America on scholarship so I am a morning person who loves a good walk. I currently do adult ballet 2-3 times a week and I like to keep active. I also do not nor have ever smoked/vaped.

In terms of education, I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography with Honours from Jacksonville University in Florida, as well as a Masters in Marketing with Merit from UoA. I currently work in marketing for a food waste prevention company.
